10. What is your warranty or replacement policy?

We offer a 100% quality guarantee: if the keychain shows material defects (cracks, discoloration, hardware failure) within 6 months of delivery, we replace the defective units free of charge. Defects caused by intentional damage, extreme heat exposure, or chemical contact are excluded. For customized products, we require photo evidence within 7 days of receipt to initiate replacement.
