Unlike pad-printing (ink on surface), debossed fill will not wear off from friction — the band itself would wear out before the filled text disappears.

· Color is molded through the band — Navy blue and white pigments are mixed throughout the silicone. No outer coating that can peel.

· Any political slogan — Replace "UNA SCELTA DI LIBERTÀ" with your campaign message, party motto, or candidate name. Supports any language using Latin script.

· Multi-line text — A main slogan on the arc top, subtitle or party name below it. Current design has slogan as primary text.

· Font selection — Standard sans-serif (Arial/Helvetica-style), bold serif, italic, or custom campaign font. Upload your font file (.TTF).

· Logo integration — Circular party logos, candidate faces, national symbols, or any artwork can be debossed alongside the text.

What is the difference between debossed+fill and regular pad-printing?

Debossed + ink fill: Text is physically engraved into the silicone. Ink sits inside the recess below surface level. Result: the text is protected from abrasion and will NEVER wear off. Pad-printing: Ink sits on the band surface. It is durable but can gradually wear with heavy daily friction. Debossed+fill is the premium choice for permanent results.

What is the MOQ for a custom debossed political wristband?

500 pieces for a new design with a new mold (unique text and logo). 300 pieces if using an existing mold size/shape and only changing band color and fill color. 200 pieces for pad-printed designs (no new mold needed).

Can I have different colors on the same band (white text + yellow logo)?

Yes. Multi-color fill is one of the advantages of the debossed+fill method. Different sections of the debossed area can be filled with different ink colors. The current LEGA SALVINI design demonstrates this: white text fill + yellow logo fill on the same navy band.

How long does a sample take?

For debossed+fill (new mold): 10 – 14 working days from artwork approval. For pad-printed only: 7 – 12 working days.

Can I use my own slogan/language?

Absolutely. We support all languages using Latin, Cyrillic, Arabic, or Chinese script. Political slogans in Italian, English, Spanish, French, German, and many other languages are common. Send us your exact text.

Are these safe for outdoor political rallies?

Yes. Silicone is UV-resistant, waterproof, and withstands temperatures from -40°C to +230°C. Rain, sweat, sunscreen, and hand sanitizer will not damage the band or the fill ink.

What payment methods do you accept?

T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, PayPal under $3,000. Net-30 for qualified customers.

Can I mix navy and white bands in one order?

Yes. You can order multiple band colors in the same production run. Each unique color/fill combination must meet its own MOQ. Example: 500 navy bands + 300 white bands = 800 total.

What if there is a quality issue?

12-month quality guarantee covering material defects and fill ink retention. If the debossed fill ink cracks or the band shows material defects within 12 months, we replace free of charge.

Is the ink fill food-safe?

Yes. The silicone ink used for fill is the same material as the band — food-grade, BPA-free, phthalate-free, and REACH/RoHS certified. It is safe for skin contact.
