What is the minimum order quantity?

For a brand-new custom design (your own shape), the MOQ is 500 pieces per design. For our existing heart shape with custom logo/color, the MOQ is 200 pieces.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Stock mold samples with custom logo/color: 5–7 working days. New mold samples: 7–10 working days. Shipping via DHL/FedEx adds 3–7 working days.

Can I customize the heart shape to my brand logo?

Yes. The inner heart fill can be replaced with your brand logo, mascot, or icon shape. We can also create an entirely new outer shape — star, shield, paw print, letter, etc.

How do the colors hold up over time?

Colors are molded into the silicone, not painted on. They will not peel, flake, or wash off. Under normal indoor use, colors stay vibrant for 2–3 years. UV-resistant silicone is available for outdoor events.

Can I mix different colors in one order?

Yes. You can mix different color combinations in the same production batch, as long as each color variant meets its MOQ. This saves on shipping and customs clearance costs.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the grip shows material defects (cracking, color bleeding, structural failure) within 6 months, we replace defective units free of charge.
