It has a smooth matte finish that feels comfortable against the skin and does not chafe or irritate even after 12+ hours of continuous wear. The waterproof PVC construction means it performs equally well in hot sun, rain, or sweaty dance floors — the screen-printed ink bonds to the PVC surface and will not wash off.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom printed PVC wristbands?

For a fully custom design (custom artwork, color, and numbering), the MOQ is 1,000 pieces. For a stock band design with custom text-only printing, the MOQ is as low as 500 pieces. Small trial orders of 200 pieces may be accommodated at a slightly higher unit price.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we create the screen printing plate in 1 – 2 working days and produce sample bands. We ship samples via DHL/FedEx Express, arriving in 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: approximately 5 – 10 working days.

Can I get different sizes for children and adults?

Yes. The standard adult length is 255 mm (about 10 inches). We offer a 230 mm child size and up to 300 mm for extra-large adult wrists. All sizes are available with the same customization options. Please specify your size preference when placing an order.

Is this wristband waterproof? Will the print wash off?

Yes, it is fully waterproof. The PVC material is unaffected by water, sweat, or rain. The screen-printed white ink is heat-set onto the PVC surface and will not wash off or smudge during normal event wear. However, we do not recommend scrubbing or submerging for extended periods.

How are the metal eyelets attached? Are they safe?

The two metal eyelets and the rivet are machine-pressed through the PVC strap using a hydraulic eyelet press. The edges are rolled and smooth — there are no sharp burrs. The eyelets are nickel-plated steel and are safe for skin contact. However, we recommend removing the band after your event rather than wearing it long-term.

Can I get sequential numbering on each band?

Absolutely. We support sequential numbering from 00001 to 99999 per design run. Numbers are screen-printed in clear, legible type at your chosen location on the band. This is ideal for ticketed events, guest list verification, and lottery or raffle activities.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), PayPal for orders under $3,000, Western Union for samples, and L/C at sight for orders above $10,000. Net 30-day terms are available for established customers with order history exceeding $20,000.

Can I mix multiple event dates or designs in one order?

Yes. You can combine multiple print designs (e.g., different dates, access levels, or event names) in the same production run as long as the band color and material are the same. Each unique design variation must meet its own MOQ. This saves on setup costs and shipping.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a full inspection guarantee. Before shipping, every order is inspected for print quality, eyelet integrity, and numbering accuracy. If you receive bands with printing defects, misaligned eyelets, or incorrect numbering, we will replace affected units free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

Do you offer custom barcode or QR code printing?

Yes. We can print 1D barcodes (Code 128, EAN-13) or QR codes on your wristbands. Barcodes are printed at 300 DPI minimum resolution for reliable scanning. Please provide your barcode data or we can generate unique codes for you at no additional charge for orders above 5,000 pieces.
