Yes. Both the branded and plain wristbands are made from 100% solid silicone rubber — the same material certified for food contact (FDA 21 CFR 177.2600) and medical applications. It contains no latex, BPA, phthalates, or heavy metals. Certified to REACH (EU) and RoHS standards, safe for prolonged skin contact including sensitive skin, children, and healthcare environments.

· Debossed text is permanent — On the branded version, the ALLAMBI CARE lettering is engraved into the mold. This text will never rub off, peel, or fade. The circular logo with inverted chevron is pad-printed onto the raised tab surface — a durable silicone-compatible ink that adheres strongly to the silicone.

· Raised tab is molded integrally — The rectangular brand tab is formed during the compression molding process as part of the same silicone piece. It is not glued or welded on. There is no joint to fail.

· Color is molded through — The bright yellow pigment is mixed into the liquid silicone before molding. The entire cross-section of the band is yellow. No coating can peel or wear away.

· Seamless one-piece — No glued joints, no metal parts, no clasps. The wristband is a single homogeneous silicone piece. It cannot delaminate or split.

· Healthcare-grade durability — Withstands repeated hand washing, sanitizer application, and exposure to medical-grade cleaning solutions. Surface can be disinfected with alcohol wipes.

1. Tab Design Customization

· Tab shape — Raised rectangular tab (as shown), oval tab, circular badge, or full-width banner tab. Each can be molded in the same or contrasting color.

· Tab position — Standard centered position. Can be offset left/right, or placed at the very top (12 o'clock position of the band).

· Tab size — Standard ~20 x 10 mm. Available from 15 x 8 mm (subtle) up to 30 x 15 mm (large brand statement).

· Tab surface treatment — Matte, gloss, or embossed/debossed logo on tab. The tab surface can be slightly domed for a 3D effect.

2. Color Customization (Band & Tab)

· Band color — Any Pantone solid color. Current: Bright Yellow (Pantone Yellow C). Also popular: white, black, red, blue, green, purple, orange, pink.

· Tab color — Can match or contrast the band. Example: white band + red tab, black band + gold tab. Two-color molding achieves this.

· Text/logo ink color — Pad-printing ink in any Pantone color. Current: black ink on yellow band. Common combos: white on dark, black on light, metallic gold/silver.

· Two-color layered bands — Outer layer + inner reveal in different colors for a stripe effect at the band edge.

Can I order a mix of branded and plain wristbands in one batch?

Yes. We can produce branded and plain bands together in the same production run. Each version must meet its own MOQ (500 for custom tab design, 200 for plain solid). Combined orders save on shipping and customs clearance.

What is the MOQ for the ALLAMBI CARE-style branded tab wristband?

For a brand-new design with a custom raised tab and printed logo, the MOQ is 500 pieces. If you want to use an existing tab mold but change the text/logo (just change pad-print plate), MOQ is 300 pieces. For plain solid bands (no printing, no tab), MOQ is 200 pieces.

How long does a sample take?

Artwork approval → mold creation (7 – 10 working days) → sample production (3 – 4 days) → DHL/FedEx shipping (3 – 7 working days). Total from approval to sample in hand: approximately 13 – 21 working days.

Is the pad-printed logo on the tab durable?

Yes. We use silicone-compatible pad-printing ink that is formulated to bond with silicone at the molecular level. The ink stretches with the band without cracking. Under normal daily wear, the printed logo remains sharp for 12 – 18 months. For permanent (never-wear-off) branding, choose debossed or embossed text on the tab instead.

Can the tab be a different color from the band?

Yes. Two-color molding allows the tab to be a different silicone color from the main band. For example: a white tab on a yellow band, or a red tab on a black band. This requires a two-shot molding process and slightly longer lead time.

Are these wristbands safe for hospital/healthcare use?

Absolutely. Our silicone is FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 compliant, BPA-free, phthalate-free, and latex-free. The bands are non-porous and can be disinfected with alcohol wipes or mild bleach solution. They are commonly used by hospitals for patient ID, staff color-coding, and wellness program wristbands.

What if I need a different width?

We produce widths from 0.5" (13 mm) to 1.5" (38 mm). Each width requires its own mold. Changing the width also changes the tab dimensions proportionally. Contact us for pricing on alternative width molds.

What payment methods do you accept?

T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net-30 terms available for qualified customers.

Can I get a different tab shape (round, oval, etc.)?

Yes. We can produce any tab shape: round, oval, rectangular with rounded corners, shield shape, or heart shape. The tab is molded as part of the band, so it's a fully integrated feature. Custom tab shapes require a new mold pattern.

What if there's a quality issue?

We offer a 12-month quality guarantee covering material defects including cracking, ink delamination on the tab, and premature fading. Replacement units are shipped free of charge. Exclusions apply for intentional damage and chemical solvent exposure.

Can I combine different colors in one order?

Yes. You can mix multiple band colors in the same production order, as long as each unique color/print combination meets its MOQ. A typical mixed order: 500 branded yellow + 200 plain yellow + 200 plain white + 200 plain red = 1,100 total bands.

Do you offer eco-friendly silicone?

Yes. We offer recycled post-industrial silicone (Shore A 65 – 75, MOQ 1,000 pieces) and plant-based silicone blends upon request. Eco-friendly materials are available in standard widths only.
