Choose any thread color for the embroidery and any fabric color for the base. The standard design has these color zones that can all be changed independently:

• Base fabric color — Currently bright red (#CC0000). Choose any solid color fabric in the available range.

• Main embroidery thread — Currently white. Change to any single-color polyester thread: black, gold, navy, royal blue, silver, or custom Pantone.

• Accent details — Small elements like stars, borders, or secondary text can use a different thread color for contrast.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, digitizing takes 1–2 working days, then sample stitching takes 2–3 working days. Total production: 3–5 working days. International shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 3–7 working days. From artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 6–12 working days.

Can I get this keychain in a different shape?

Yes. The embroidered shape is defined by the digitized embroidery file and the fabric cutting pattern. We can create any 2D shape — circle, oval, shield, rectangle with rounded corners, aircraft silhouette, wing shape, or freeform custom outline. Custom shapes require a new digitizing file and may affect the MOQ.

Is this keychain safe for children?

Yes, with age-appropriate supervision. The embroidered fabric body has no sharp edges and is completely soft. However, the metal split ring and eyelet are small metal parts. The keychain is not recommended for children under 3 years of age due to the presence of small metal components.

How do the colors hold up over time?

The embroidery thread is 100% polyester with excellent colorfastness (Grade 4–5 per ISO 105). Under normal indoor use, the colors stay vibrant for 3–5 years. Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different embroidered designs (different text, different colors, different shapes) in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its minimum order quantity. This saves on digitizing fees, shipping, and customs clearance costs.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the keychain shows material defects — such as unraveling stitching, broken metal hardware, or significant fading — within 6 months of delivery, we replace the defective units free of charge. Damage from intentional misuse, excessive heat exposure, or improper cleaning is excluded.

Do you offer custom hang tags or branded packaging?

Yes. We can supply custom-printed hang tags attached to the key ring, custom header cards, or branded gift boxes. Minimum for custom packaging is 500 pieces, adding 5–7 working days to production. We can also print custom barcodes, SKU numbers, or pricing on the packaging.
