Description

1. Design Customization

Modify raven head, dagger style, wing shape, or text. Our in-house art team can adapt your unit logo, mascot, or insignia into a fully embroidered patch. Minimum order: 100 pcs.

2. Color / Thread Selection

Choose from 450+ standard Pantone® thread colors. Swap olive/khaki to any base color (black, navy, coyote brown, multicam, ACU, etc.). Metallic silver/gold threads available for dagger and accent details.

3. Size & Shape Options

Standard 80 mm diameter. Scale up to 120 mm or down to 50 mm. Shape variants: round with notch (as shown), standard round, shield, rectangle, or custom die-cut outline.

4. Backing Type

Sew-on (standard), iron-on adhesive, hook-and-loop (Velcro®) loop backing, or magnetic backing for soft surfaces. No minimum for backing type once design is finalized.

5. Packaging & Branding

Bulk pack (poly bag), individual hang-card, header card with your branding, or gift-boxed collectible edition. Custom back-label stickers with SKU, barcode, and your brand logo.

What is the diameter of the standard patch?

The standard diameter is approximately 80 mm (3.15 in). Custom sizes from 50 mm to 120 mm are available.

Can I request a custom design instead of the raven & dagger motif?

Absolutely. We accept full custom artwork. Send your vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, CDR) or raster (high-res PNG/JPG). Our art team will digitize it for embroidery.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom patches?

The MOQ for a completely new custom design is 100 pieces. For modifications to an existing design (color swap, text change), the MOQ is 50 pieces.

Do you offer iron-on backing?

Yes. By default we offer sew-on backing. Iron-on adhesive, hook-and-loop (Velcro®), and magnetic backing are available as upgrade options at no extra charge for orders of 100+ pcs.

How do I attach the patch?

Sew-on: stitch around the merrowed edge (hand or machine). Iron-on: place on fabric, apply iron at 150–170°C for 15–20 seconds. Hook-and-loop: peel and press onto loop panel.

Will the colors fade after washing or sun exposure?

No. Our threads are polyester-based with UV-stabilized pigments. They hold color through 30+ machine wash cycles and extended outdoor use without noticeable fading.

What is the turnaround time for a custom order?

Art approval: 1–2 business days. Sampling: 3–5 days. Production: 7–10 business days after sample approval. Total typical lead time: 10–15 business days.

Can I see a sample before placing a full order?

Yes. We produce one physical pre-production sample for approval. The sample fee is deducted from your final order if you proceed within 30 days.

If the product has a manufacturing defect (loose threads, poor stitch density, wrong colors), we replace at no cost. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photos/video evidence.
