What is the minimum order quantity for a custom awareness pin?

 For a brand-new custom design (your own artwork), the MOQ is 100 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing puzzle piece mold with only color changes, the MOQ is 50 pieces per color variation.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

 Once artwork is approved, we create the die-struck mold in 5 – 7 working days and produce the sample in 2 – 3 days. Shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 3 – 5 working days. Total: approximately 10 – 15 working days.

Can I add my organization logo to this pin?

 Yes. We can add your logo to the center of the puzzle piece, on the border ring, or on the back of the pin. The logo can be die-struck metal, screen-printed, or enamel filled depending on the complexity.

What awareness colors are available?

 Any Pantone color is available. Common awareness ribbon colors include: blue (autism), pink (breast cancer), red (heart health), purple (epilepsy), green (mental health), teal (ovarian cancer), yellow (support our troops), and rainbow (LGBTQ+).

Will the enamel color fade over time?

 The enamel colors are heat-cured and protected by an epoxy coating. Under normal wear and storage, colors remain vibrant for years. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure for maximum longevity.

Can I get this pin in a larger size for events?

 Yes. The standard size is 1.0" (25 mm). We can produce larger sizes up to 2.0" (50 mm) for event giveaways where more visibility is desired. Larger sizes cost more per piece due to additional materials.

What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal (for orders under $1,000).

Can I mix multiple awareness designs in one order?

 Yes. You can mix different awareness ribbon colors, puzzle piece configurations, or cause-specific designs in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

 We offer a 100% quality guarantee. If the pin shows material defects (enamel chipping, broken clutch, plating peeling) within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective items free of charge.

Do you offer custom awareness packaging with cause information?

 Yes. We can print custom presentation cards with awareness information, statistics, or your organizations mission statement. Standard card size 2.5" x 3.5" with pin attachment. MOQ for custom cards is 500 units.
