Q: What material is this patch made of?

A: It is crafted from high-tenacity polyester embroidery thread with a dense stitch count (12,000–14,000 stitches per patch). The backing is a standard Velcro®-compatible loop (hook side), with sew-on or iron-on options available upon request.

Q: Is this a genuine military-issue patch?

A: This is a commercial-grade reproduction / morale patch inspired by the 33D Fighter Weapons Squadron design. It is not official U.S. military issue but is manufactured to tactical-grade quality standards.

Q: What size is the patch?

A: The default diameter is approximately 3.15 inches (80 mm). Custom sizing from 1.0 to 8.0 inches is available for bulk orders with no additional mold fee.

Q: Can I customize the text or artwork?

A: Absolutely. We accept custom vector artwork (AI, EPS, CDR, PDF, SVG). You can modify the text, color scheme, central motif, and overall layout. Free digitizing is provided for the first revision.

Q: How do I attach the patch to my gear?

A: The standard backing is loop Velcro® — simply press it onto any hook-compatible surface. We also offer sew-on (thread through edge) and iron-on (heat-activated adhesive) versions. For iron-on, preheat garment to 160°C and press for 12–15 seconds.

Q: Will the colors fade in the sun?

A: No. All threads are UV-stabilized and tested to ISO 105-B02 (Grade 4–5), meaning the color remains vibrant after extended outdoor exposure. This is especially important for tactical gear used in field conditions.

Q: Can I wash the patch?

A: Yes. It is machine washable at 30°C on a mild cycle. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Air drying is recommended. For iron-on patches, wait 48 hours after application before the first wash.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: For standard stock designs, MOQ is 1 piece. For custom designs with full artwork personalization, MOQ starts at 100 pieces per SKU. Sample orders (1–5 pcs) for proofing are always welcome at a small sample fee.
