What is the minimum order quantity for custom PVC fridge magnets?

For a brand-new custom design (your own fruit or character shape), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use one of our existing fruit shapes but change colors, the MOQ is 500 pieces. For just adding a printed logo to a stock design, the MOQ is as low as 200 pieces.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we create the sample mold in 5 – 7 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 10 – 14 working days.

Can I get these magnets in different sizes?

Yes. The standard size is approximately 2" (50 mm). We can adjust height from 1" (25 mm) up to 4" (100 mm). Larger sizes require more material and a larger mold, increasing both the mold fee and unit cost. Mini sizes under 1.5" may reduce molding detail.

Are these fridge magnets safe for children?

Yes, with supervision. The Soft PVC material is non-toxic and phthalate-free, meeting REACH and RoHS standards. The magnets have no small detachable parts. However, due to the embedded magnet, they are not recommended for children under 3 years old if swallowed.

How do the colors hold up over time?

Colors are injected into the material (not painted) — they will not peel, flake, or wash off. Under normal indoor use, colors stay vibrant for 2 – 3 years. UV-resistant additive packages are available on request for sun-exposed displays.

Can I get completely different fruit or character designs?

Absolutely. We can create any 2D or 3D fruit, food, or character concept as a PVC soft rubber fridge magnet. Send us your reference sketches or brand mascot designs. Custom character development adds 3 – 5 working days to pre-production.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms available for established customers on orders over $10,000.

Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different fruit or character designs in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This saves on shipping and customs clearance costs. A mixed set of watermelon + strawberry is a common combination.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the magnet shows material defects (color bleeding, magnet loosening, cracking) within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Intentional damage or extreme heat exposure is excluded.

Do you offer custom set packaging for retail?

Yes. We can package a pair or set of magnets in a single display card, blister pack, or themed gift box. Minimum for custom retail packaging is 1,000 sets, adding 5 – 7 working days to the lead time.
