Is Woven Polyester Safe for Daily Wear?

Yes. This wristband is made from 100% woven polyester fiber — a material commonly used in apparel, accessories, and event wristbands worldwide. Polyester is hypoallergenic, breathable, and safe for extended skin contact. It does not contain latex, nickel, or phthalates. The woven construction creates a soft, fabric-like texture that does not irritate the skin even during multi-day events. The black plastic lock clasp is made from ABS plastic — durable, lightweight, and equally skin-safe.

Woven-in colors won't peel or fade — Unlike silicone or printed bands where ink can wear off, the polyester fibers are dyed before weaving. The gradient and logo are structurally part of the ribbon.

Clasp locks securely — The sliding ABS lock mechanism holds firmly in position but can be repositioned easily. No metal parts to rust or corrode.

Choose any Pantone colors for the gradient zones and logo area. The standard BIG design uses these color zones (all independently customizable):

White zone (logo area) — Currently white background with black logo. Change to any light Pantone shade.

Red gradient zone — Currently a bright French red. PANTONE® 186 C equivalent. Fully customizable.

Yellow gradient zone — Warm yellow end. PANTONE® 123 C equivalent. Can be any warm tone.

Orange wave graphics — Flowing orange lines. Match to your brand's secondary color.

Logo color — Currently black circle + white "BIG" text. Invert colors or switch to brand palette.

The logo and text area on the white section can be customized with your brand's logo, slogan, website URL (like "www.big.fr"), or event name. The logo is woven directly into the ribbon — not printed or glued — ensuring it stays sharp and legible for the life of the band.

What is the minimum order quantity for a custom woven wristband like this?

For a brand-new custom woven pattern (unique gradient + logo design), the MOQ is 500 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing BIG-style gradient pattern but change the colors, the MOQ is 1,000 pieces. For adding your logo to our standard gradient wristband, the MOQ is 300 pieces.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we weave the sample in 5 – 7 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 8 – 14 working days.

Can I get this wristband in different widths?

Yes. The standard width is 20 mm (0.8"). We can produce widths from 10 mm (0.4") up to 40 mm (1.6"). Narrower bands (10–15 mm) are popular for minimalist branding; wider bands (30–40 mm) are used for premium VIP passes and heavy-duty event identification.

Is this wristband adjustable for different wrist sizes?

Yes. The sliding ABS lock clasp allows the band to adjust from approximately 6.3" (160 mm) to 11.8" (300 mm) in circumference — fitting children through adult wrists comfortably. Custom lengths are also available on request.

How do the woven gradient colors hold up over time?

Exceptionally well. The polyester fibers are dyed before weaving — the color is embedded in the fiber itself, not applied to the surface. Under normal indoor/outdoor use, colors stay vibrant for 12 – 24 months. UV-resistant fiber options extend this to 24 – 36 months for outdoor events.

Can the gradient be customized to my brand colors?

Absolutely. We can match any Pantone colors for the gradient zones. Simply provide your brand's primary and secondary colors, and our design team will create a gradient transition between them. Two-color, three-color, and multi-step gradients are all possible.

Can I get the same design in a different clasp type?

Yes. We offer black ABS (standard), custom-color ABS, metal buckle, self-locking (single-use), and no-clasp elastic loop versions. The clasp type does not affect the MOQ — you can mix clasp types within the same order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms available for established customers with order history.

Can I mix multiple wristband designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different gradient patterns, logo variants, and clasp types in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This saves on shipping and customs clearance costs.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the wristband shows material defects (fraying, clasp failure, significant color loss) within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Intentional damage or extreme chemical exposure is excluded.

Do you offer eco-friendly or recycled materials?

Yes. We can produce wristbands using rPET (recycled polyester made from post-consumer plastic bottles). The rPET woven ribbon has the same feel and durability as virgin polyester. Minimum for rPET material is 1,000 pieces, adding 5 – 7 working days to lead time.
