Q: Is the cat design printed or embroidered?

A: Fully embroidered on felt. The white eye rings, the tan piping, and every outline are stitched polyester thread; the black face and grey pocket are felt. There is no print, ink or heat transfer anywhere on the tag.

Q: What’s the minimum order quantity?

A: For a brand-new custom character with a new design file, the MOQ is 100 pieces per design. For a stock black-cat design with only a colour change, we can accept from 50 pieces. Felt-thickness or real-leather upgrades may carry a slightly higher MOQ — check with your account manager.

Q: How long does a sample take to arrive?

A: Once your artwork is approved we prepare the felt-and-embroidery design file in 3–5 working days, stitch a sample tag in 2–3 days, then ship by express (3–5 working days to most destinations). Total sample lead time is roughly 8–12 working days.

Q: Will the felt fray or fuzz during travel?

A: No. Every edge is sealed with a structural satin-stitch embroidery, and the felt itself is laminated wool-blend which resists fuzzing and shedding. It keeps its clean silhouette even after being packed, handled and crushed under heavier bags.

Q: Can I change the cat colour or the design?

A: Yes. The black cat can be any Pantone felt colour, the grey pocket can be changed or matched, and the whole character can be replaced with your own mascot, dog, bear or brand character. Because it’s felt-and-stitch construction, every change is a design-file change, not just a colour swap.

Q: How do I attach it to my suitcase?

A: Thread the tan braided cord around a suitcase or backpack handle and tie a simple knot, or thread it through a zipper pull. The reinforced eyelet is engineered to take repeated open/close cycles. A lobster-claw or split-ring option is available for keychain-style attachment.

A: Very well for a felt tag. The felt surface is water-resistant and the tag stays stable from about -20°C to +60°C. It’s not fully submersible; we advise wiping with a damp cloth rather than machine washing.

A: No. The embroidery thread is fibre-dyed, so the colour lives inside the thread rather than on a printed top layer. It resists fading from sunlight and won’t peel or wash away — a clear advantage over printed tags.

A: Yes. A small logo, brand name or tagline can be embroidered at the pocket base, or the cat can be replaced entirely with your own mascot. We need a vector file (AI/EPS/CDR/PDF) for the best result and legible detail.

Q: Do you run quality checks before shipping?

A: Yes — a four-stage QC: (1) stitch density, thread tension and felt-edge consistency on the first-run sample; (2) visual inspection of every tag for loose threads, stitch gaps or uneven piping; (3) edge-seal and eyelet-strength spot checks; (4) strap and attachment function tests on random samples.
