1. What is the minimum order quantity for a custom PVC luggage tag like this?

For a completely new custom design (your own shape + full artwork), the MOQ is 100 pieces. If you want to use our existing tag shape but change the text, slogan, and colors, the MOQ is 200 pieces. For simple text-only tags with just a slogan change, the MOQ is as low as 50 pieces.

2. How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we create the production mold in 5–7 working days. Sample production takes an additional 2–3 days. International shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 3–7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 10–17 working days.

3. Can I get a different funny slogan or text?

Absolutely. You can replace "THIS IS MINE" with any custom text — brand names, funny quotes, company mottos, or personalized messages. The text is molded into the PVC and lasts as long as the tag itself. Send us your desired wording and we will create a free 3D mockup for approval.

4. Can I put my own logo or icon on the tag instead of the suitcase?

Yes. The orange suitcase icon can be replaced with your company logo, an original icon, a mascot, or any simple design element. The replacement icon must be suitable for 3D mold making — we recommend simple shapes with clear outlines for best results.

5. Is the black strap removable and replaceable?

Yes. The black silicone loop strap is fully detachable — it slides through the top opening of the tag. If the strap breaks or wears out, it can be replaced individually without discarding the tag. We also offer strap in different colors (white, red, blue, orange, etc.) on request.

6. How many colors can I use in the raised design?

The standard maximum is 8 colors in the raised PVC design. The "THIS IS MINE" tag uses only 3 colors (green base + white text + orange icon), which leaves plenty of room for additional design elements, logos, or decorative accents.

7. Can I get the tag in a different size?

Yes. The standard size is approximately 3.0" × 2.0" (76 × 50 mm). We can adjust dimensions from 2.0" × 1.4" up to 4.0" × 3.0". Larger tags require more material and a larger mold, which increases both the mold fee and per-unit cost.

8. Can I put contact information or a QR code on the back?

Yes. The back of the tag can be customized with debossed (recessed) text and QR codes. This is ideal for lost luggage return — include your phone number, email, or a scannable QR code. Minimum module size for QR codes is 0.4 mm for reliable scanning.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight for orders above $5,000, Western Union for sample payments, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms are available for established customers on orders over $10,000.

10. What is your quality guarantee?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the tag shows material defects (cracking, color bleeding, text peeling, or strap breaking) within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Intentional damage or extreme heat exposure is excluded.
