A: Fully embroidered. The hair is tufted chenille and the face — eyes, nose, smile and freckles — is all stitched polyester thread. There is no print, ink or heat transfer anywhere on the face. This is what gives it the dimensional, plush feel and total fade-resistance.

Q: What's the minimum order quantity?

A: For a brand-new custom character with a new digitised stitch file, the MOQ is 100 pieces per design. For a stock Monchhichi-style face with a colour tweak only, we can accept from 50 pieces. Tufted-hair or real-leather upgrades may have a slightly higher MOQ — check with your account manager.

Q: How long does a sample take to arrive?

A: Once artwork is approved we digitise the embroidery stitch file in 3–5 working days, produce a sample tag in 2–3 days, then ship by express (3–5 working days to most destinations). Total sample lead time is roughly 8–12 working days.

A: No. The chenille hair is sewn in dense, locked loops anchored deep in the fabric — not glued on top. It holds its full, soft shape across repeated handling and resists shedding, even through cargo holds and baggage carousels.
