Is Polyester Woven Fabric Safe for Daily Wear?

Yes. The wristband is made from high-density woven polyester ribbon — a material widely used in event wristbands, lanyards, and apparel accessories. Polyester is hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and passes standard textile safety tests (REACH, RoHS, CPSIA). It is soft against the wrist — similar to a woven nylon strap — and has no rough edges or irritants. The black plastic snap-lock buckle is made from ABS plastic, which is BPA-free and break-resistant under normal use.

What is the minimum order quantity for a custom woven wristband like this?

For a brand-new custom design (your own artwork replacing the full pattern), the MOQ is 500 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing World Cup design but change the text to your brand name, the MOQ is 200 pieces. For just adding a printed logo to a stock wristband, the MOQ is as low as 100 pieces.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we produce the sample in 5 – 7 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 8 – 14 working days.

Can I get this wristband in different sizes?

Yes. The standard size is 1.0” (25 mm) wide by 10.0” (255 mm) long, adjustable via the buckle. We can adjust width from 0.5” (12 mm) up to 2.0” (50 mm) and length from 6.0” (150 mm) up to 14.0” (355 mm). Larger sizes require more material and may increase unit cost.

Is this wristband safe for children?

Yes. The woven polyester fabric is non-toxic and hypoallergenic, meeting REACH, RoHS, and CPSIA standards for children’s products. The fabric has no sharp edges. The plastic snap-lock buckle does not contain small detachable parts. However, we recommend adult supervision for children under 3 years of age.

How do the colors hold up over time?

Colors are heat-transferred into the polyester fibers — they are not surface-applied, so they will not peel, flake, or wash off. Under normal indoor wear, colors stay vibrant for 2 – 3 years. UV-resistant additive packages are available on request for extended outdoor use.

Can I get a completely different pattern/design on the wristband?

Absolutely. We can print any custom artwork, logo, pattern, or text on both sides of the wristband. Send us your reference designs, brand assets, or concept sketches. Custom artwork development adds 2 – 4 working days to pre-production.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms available for established customers on orders over $10,000.

Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different wristband designs in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This saves on shipping and customs clearance costs.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the wristband shows material defects — such as fabric fraying, buckle breakage under normal use, or print failure — within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Intentional damage or extreme heat exposure is excluded.

Do you offer custom packaging for retail sale?

Yes. We can package in header cards, PVC blister cards, custom polybags, or branded gift boxes. Minimum for custom packaging is 500 pieces, adding 5 – 7 working days to lead time. Standard OPP polybag packaging is included at no extra cost.
