What is the minimum order quantity for a custom PVC patch like this?

For a brand-new custom design (your own shape with a new mold), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing rectangular blank shape but change the color, the MOQ is 500 pieces. For just adding hot-stamped or printed artwork to the existing blank base, the MOQ is as low as 200 pieces.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we create the sample mold in 5 – 7 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 10 – 14 working days.

Can I get this patch in different sizes?

Yes. The standard blank patch size is approximately 2.0" × 2.8" (50 × 70 mm). We can adjust dimensions from 1.0" (25 mm) up to 6.0" (150 mm). Larger sizes require more material and a larger mold, increasing both mold fee and unit cost.

Is this PVC patch safe for skin contact?

Yes. The PVC soft rubber material is non-toxic, phthalate-free, and hypoallergenic, meeting REACH and RoHS standards. It is safe for direct contact with outerwear, caps, and tactical uniforms. For direct skin contact on sensitive areas, we recommend testing a sample first.

How do the colors hold up over time?

Colors are molded into the PVC compound (not painted or printed) — they will not peel, flake, or wash off. Under normal indoor and outdoor use, colors stay vibrant for 2 – 3 years. UV-resistant additive packages are available on request for extended outdoor exposure.

Can I add a custom shape instead of the standard rectangle?

Absolutely. We can create any 2D shape as a PVC patch — brand logos, mascot silhouettes, shields, stars, flags, or custom contours. Send us your vector artwork (AI, EPS, CDR, PDF) and we will create a custom mold. Custom shape development adds 3 – 5 working days to pre-production.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms are available for established customers on orders over $10,000.

Can I mix multiple custom designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different patch designs or shapes in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its individual MOQ. This saves on shipping costs and customs clearance fees.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the patch shows material defects — such as cracking, de-lamination of the hook backing, or significant discoloration — within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Intentional damage or extreme heat exposure is excluded.

Do you offer custom packaging with retail-ready branding?

Yes. We offer header cards with barcodes, custom gift boxes, blister packaging, and hang tags. All retail packaging can be printed with your brand logo and product information. Minimum for custom retail packaging is 1,000 pieces, adding 5 – 7 working days.
