Band base color — Currently rainbow, white, or solid colors. Change to any single Pantone color or custom multicolor gradient.

Text color — Currently white or rainbow. Change to any Pantone color, metallic, or glow-in-the-dark.

Heart/icon color — White or rainbow. Can be customized to your brand color or a specific pride flag variant.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for a custom Pride silicone bracelet?

For a brand-new custom design (your own unique bracelet shape with new mold), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use one of our existing 6 styles but change the colors, the MOQ is 500 pieces per colorway. For just changing the text or adding a logo to an existing design, the MOQ is 200 pieces. We understand small campaigns may need fewer — contact us to discuss lower MOQ options.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we create the sample mold in 5 – 7 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 10 – 14 working days.

Can I get these bracelets in different sizes?

Yes. The standard adult circumference is approximately 8.0" – 8.5" (200 – 215 mm). We can produce smaller sizes for children (6.5" – 7.0" / 165 – 178 mm) or larger sizes for oversized/unisex fit (8.5" – 9.0" / 215 – 230 mm). Band width can also be adjusted from 0.3" (8 mm) up to 1.0" (25 mm). Custom sizing requires mold adjustment.

Are the debossed letters and rainbow colors durable? Will they fade or peel?

The debossed (recessed) text and multi-color silicone sections are both molded INTO the material during manufacturing — NOT printed, painted, or glued on. This means nothing can peel, flake, or wash off. The colors and text are permanent for the life of the bracelet. Under normal daily wear, the colors stay vibrant for 2 – 3 years. UV-resistant additive packages are available for extended outdoor longevity.

Is this silicone bracelet safe for people with sensitive skin?

Yes. The silicone is 100% hypoallergenic, latex-free, BPA-free, and phthalate-free. It meets REACH and RoHS safety standards. There are no metal parts that could cause nickel allergies (except if a metal charm is attached). People with sensitive skin or latex allergies can wear these bracelets comfortably all day.

Can I get a custom pride flag variant (e.g. Transgender, Bisexual, Pansexual, Non-Binary)?

Absolutely. We can create any pride flag color combination as a silicone bracelet — Transgender flag (pink, white, blue), Bisexual flag (pink, purple, blue), Pansexual flag (pink, yellow, blue), Non-Binary flag (yellow, white, purple, black), or any custom color sequence. Send us your reference and we will create a 3D mockup free of charge.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms available for established customers with order history.

Can I mix multiple bracelet styles in one order?

Yes. You can mix different bracelet designs, colors, and text variations in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This saves on shipping and customs clearance costs. For example, you could order 300 pcs of the "LOVE IS LOVE" style + 300 pcs of the "PRIDE" style in one production run.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the bracelet shows material defects — such as tearing, color separation, or debossed text becoming illegible — within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Intentional damage, excessive stretching beyond normal use, or extreme heat exposure is excluded.

Do you offer custom packaging for retail-ready Pride bracelets?

Yes. We offer a full range of packaging options from simple OPP bags to branded header cards, individual gift boxes, eco-friendly kraft envelopes, and blind bag/mystery pack packaging. Custom packaging adds 3 – 7 working days to the lead time. Minimum for blind bag packaging is 1,000 pieces.
