1. What is the minimum order quantity for a custom PVC luggage tag?

For a completely new custom design (your own shape + full artwork), the MOQ is 100 pieces. If you want to use our existing tag shape but change the graphic pattern and colors, the MOQ is 200 pieces. For simple text-only tags, the MOQ is as low as 50 pieces.

2. How long does a sample take?

Once artwork is approved, we create the production mold in 5–7 working days. Sample production takes an additional 2–3 days. International shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 3–7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 10–17 working days.

3. Can I get a different shape than rounded rectangle?

Yes. We can make PVC tags in any shape — circles, ovals, squares, stars, custom cut-out shapes, or even character-shaped tags. Non-standard shapes require a new cutting mold (+2–3 working days additional).

4. Is the strap removable?

Yes. The black silicone loop strap is detachable. It slides through the top opening of the tag. If the strap breaks, it can be replaced without discarding the tag. We can also supply different strap colors (red, blue, white, etc.) on request.

5. Can I get a tag with a clear window for a business card?

Yes. We also produce PVC luggage tags with a clear front window that holds a paper business card or ID card. The back is solid PVC with or without customization. Please specify "clear window tag" when requesting a quote.

6. How many colors can I use in the raised design?

The standard maximum is 8 colors in the raised PVC design. Each color is a separate silicone compound poured into the multi-step mold. Additional colors increase mold complexity and may add +2–3 working days to mold creation.

7. Can I put a QR code or barcode on the tag?

Yes. QR codes and barcodes can be debossed (recessed) into the tag surface. The minimum module (square) size should be 0.4 mm for reliable scanning. We recommend testing a sample first to confirm scanner readability.

8. Can I mix multiple tag designs in one order?

Yes. You can combine different colors, graphics, sizes, and strap styles in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets the MOQ threshold. This saves on shipping and customs processing.

9. What is the quality guarantee?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the tag shows material defects (cracking, color bleeding, strap breaking) within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge.

10. Do you offer PVC luggage tags with RFID blocking?

Yes. We can integrate an RFID-blocking layer into the PVC tag body, protecting passport/credit card chips from unauthorized scanning. Please specify "RFID blocking" when requesting a quote.
