1. What is the minimum order quantity for a custom astronaut keychain?

For a brand-new custom design (your own character shape, not the existing astronaut mold), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing astronaut figure mold but change the colors, the MOQ is 500 pieces. For just adding a printed logo to an existing stock design, the MOQ is as low as 200 pieces.

2. How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once you approve the artwork mockup, we create the sample mold in 5 – 7 working days and produce the first sample. We then ship it via DHL or FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days depending on your location. From artwork approval to sample in your hand, plan for roughly 10 – 14 working days total.

3. Can I get the astronaut keychain in different sizes?

Yes. The standard size is around 2.2" (55 mm) tall. We can adjust the overall figure height from 1.2" (30 mm) up to 4.7" (120 mm). Larger sizes require more PVC material and a larger mold, which increases both the mold fee and the per-unit cost.

Yes, with supervision. The Soft PVC material itself is non-toxic and phthalate-free, meeting REACH and RoHS safety standards. The figure has no small detachable parts. However, if you attach a metal split ring or jump ring, the full product is not recommended for children under 3 years due to choking hazard.

5. How do the colors hold up over time?

Because the colors are injected into the material (not painted on), they will not peel, flake, or wash off. Under normal indoor use, colors stay vibrant for 2 – 3 years with minimal fading. UV-resistant additive packages are available on request to extend outdoor color life.

6. Can I get a custom character design that’s not an astronaut?

Absolutely. We can create any 2D or 3D character concept as a PVC soft rubber keychain. Send us your reference sketches, brand mascot designs, or even a rough description. Custom character development typically adds 3 – 5 working days to the pre-production timeline.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight for orders above $5,000, Western Union for sample orders, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. For established customers, net 30-day terms are available on orders exceeding $10,000.

8. Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can order 300 astronaut keychains and 200 custom dinosaur keychains in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. Mixing designs saves on shipping and customs clearance costs.

9. What if there’s a quality issue after I receive the order?

We stand behind our product with a 6-month quality guarantee. If the keychain shows any material defect within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Defects caused by intentional damage or extreme heat exposure are not covered.

10. Do you offer blind bag / mystery box packaging?

Yes. We can package in opaque aluminum foil bags, small cardboard boxes, or plastic capsules for blind bag sales. We also offer chase/rare variant production. Minimum order for blind bag packaging is 1,000 pieces, adding 5 – 7 working days.
