What is the minimum order quantity for a custom PVC morale patch?

 For a brand-new custom design (your own artwork, shape, and text), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing "Spanker" patch template with only text or color changes, the MOQ is 100 pieces per variation.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

 Once artwork is approved, we create the PVC mold in 5 – 7 working days and produce the sample in 2 – 3 days. Shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 3 – 5 working days. Total: approximately 10 – 15 working days.

Can I get this patch in different sizes?

 Yes. The standard size is approximately 2.2" x 0.9" (56 x 23 mm). We can adjust size from 1.5" x 0.6" (38 x 15 mm) up to 4.0" x 1.5" (102 x 38 mm). Larger sizes require a new mold.

Will the Velcro backing hold up to repeated use?

 Yes. The hook material is industrial-grade nylon with a heat-bonded backing. It maintains its grip through thousands of attachment and removal cycles. If the hook material eventually wears out after years of use, the patch body itself remains fully intact.

Can I make the patch with a custom shape instead of rectangle?

 Absolutely. PVC patches can be molded into any shape: skulls, shields, arrows, animal heads, flags, state outlines, or any custom contour. The mold is cut to match your exact artwork outline.

What if I want a different hook-and-loop configuration?

 We offer three configurations: full hook backing (current), full loop backing, or hook backing with a separate loop panel included. For hook backing, we use the rough hook side that grabs onto loop fabric. For loop backing, we use the soft loop side.

What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal (for orders under $1,000).

Can I mix multiple patch designs in one order?

 Yes. You can mix different text, graphics, or colors in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This is ideal for creating a full set of unit morale patches.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

 We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the patch shows material defects (color separation, Velcro detachment, cracking) within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective items free of charge.

Do you offer custom patch display boards for retail?
