Wholesale Custom PVC Bar Mat — Non-Slip Drainage Rubber Bar Mat Set with Grid Pattern for Bartending, Coffee Station & Kitchen Counter
What Is This PVC Bar Mat?
This PVC Bar Mat is a set of black rubber drainage and non-slip mats designed for bartending, coffee station, and kitchen counter use. The mats feature a raised cylindrical stud grid pattern that creates a network of drainage channels, keeping glasses, bottles, and tools elevated above spilled liquids for faster drying and improved hygiene.
The set includes multiple sizes — a large main bar mat, medium-sized secondary mats, long narrow strip mats, and small coaster-sized mats — all made from the same flexible, durable rubber PVC material. The mats can be rolled up for easy storage when not in use. A smooth-surface solid rubber mat is also available for heavy equipment placement and general surface protection.

Grid Structure Details
Raised cylindrical studs: ~5 mm diameter, arranged in a uniform grid pattern across the entire surface
Drainage channels: The gaps between studs create open channels that allow liquids to flow under glasses and bottles
Elevated platform: Glasses, bottles, and tools sit on top of the studs, keeping them above spilled liquids
Air circulation: The open grid structure allows air to flow underneath items, promoting faster drying
Non-slip base: The flat rubber underside grips the counter surface, preventing the mat from sliding
Flexible construction: Mats can be rolled up for storage without cracking or permanent deformation
Rounded corners: All four corners of every size are rounded to prevent snagging and for a clean appearance
Ideal Applications
Bar & cocktail counters — Drainage mat under glassware, shakers, and bottles to catch drips and spills

Is PVC Rubber Safe for Food Contact Areas?
Yes. This bar mat is made from food-grade PVC/natural rubber blend that is non-toxic, BPA-free, and phthalate-free. The material meets FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) standards for food contact surfaces. It is safe for use under glassware, bottles, coffee equipment, and food preparation areas. The rubber does not leach chemicals into liquids or food that comes into contact with it during normal use.

Durability Highlights
One-piece molded construction — The entire mat, including the grid studs, is molded as a single piece. No separate parts to separate or peel off.
Tear-resistant rubber compound — The rubber blend is reinforced to resist cuts, snags, and tearing from glass edges and bottle bases.
Weathers bar conditions — Resistant to alcohol, fruit juices, coffee oils, and cleaning chemicals used in daily bar operations.
Easy to clean — Rinse with water and mild soap, or place in dishwasher. The open grid design allows water and debris to wash through.
Anti-fatigue comfort for standing — The rubber cushion provides a slight bounce that reduces fatigue for bartenders standing for long hours.
We can customize every aspect of this PVC bar mat — from overall dimensions and thickness to surface pattern, color, and branding. Whether you want your bar logo embossed on the mat, custom sizes for specific equipment, or a unique surface texture, our factory can produce it to your exact specification.

1. What sizes do you offer for bar mats?
We offer several standard sizes: large bar mat (~60 x 40 cm / 24" x 16"), medium mat (~40 x 25 cm / 16" x 10"), strip/runner mat (~80 x 15 cm / 31" x 6"), and small coaster mat (~30 x 20 cm / 12" x 8"). We also accept custom sizes up to 120 x 60 cm with a new mold.
2. What is the minimum order quantity for a custom bar mat?
For stock sizes with our standard grid pattern, the MOQ is 50 pieces per size. For a custom size (new mold, stock pattern), the MOQ is 200 pieces. For a full custom pattern + custom size, the MOQ is 500 pieces.
3. How long does a sample take?
For stock sizes with stock pattern, samples are ready in 3–5 working days. For custom sizes or patterns, sample production takes 7–10 working days after mold creation. International shipping via DHL/FedEx adds 3–7 working days.
4. Is the bar mat dishwasher safe?
Yes. The rubber material is heat-resistant up to +100°C, so it can withstand standard dishwasher cycles (typically 50–70°C). We recommend placing it on the top rack and avoiding contact with heating elements. Hand washing with mild soap is recommended for longest lifespan.
5. Will the mat slide on my countertop?
No. The flat rubber underside provides a high-friction grip on most surfaces including stainless steel, granite, quartz, wood, and laminate countertops. The mat will not slide during normal use.
6. Can I get a pattern other than the cylindrical stud grid?
Yes. We offer diamond grid, ribbed, honeycomb, smooth, and textured finishes. Each pattern requires a different embossing roller. We can also develop a completely custom pattern for your brand.
7. Is this mat suitable for outdoor use?
The mat is designed for indoor use. While it is waterproof and UV-resistant for occasional outdoor use (patio bar, BBQ counter), prolonged direct sunlight exposure may cause the rubber to fade or become brittle over time.
8. How do I clean the mat?
Rinse with water and scrub with mild detergent using a brush. The open grid pattern allows dirt and debris to wash through. For stubborn stains, soak in warm soapy water for 10 minutes before scrubbing. Dishwasher-safe (top rack, no heat dry).
9. What is the quality guarantee?
We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the mat shows material defects (cracking, permanent deformation, excessive shrinkage) within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge.
10. Do you offer mats with custom rubber hardness?
Yes. We can adjust the Shore hardness of the rubber compound from 55A (softer, more cushion) to 80A (firmer, more durable). For most bar and counter applications, Shore A 60–65 is recommended.
