What is the minimum order quantity for a custom silicone luggage tag like this?

For a completely new design with a new mold, the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing emboss leaf pattern and just change the color, the MOQ is 500 pieces per color variation. The lowest entry point is 200 pieces for logo-only customization on an existing tag shape.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once we approve the artwork together, mold creation takes 5–7 working days. Sample production follows in 2–3 days. After that, we ship via DHL or FedEx, and delivery to most countries takes 3–7 working days. Total estimated time from artwork approval to sample in hand: 10–14 working days.

Can I get the tag in a different size or shape?

Yes. The standard tag is 4.3" × 3.0" (109 × 76 mm), but we can adjust the dimensions. Smaller sizes around 3.0" × 2.0" work well for kids’ bags and keychains. Larger sizes up to 6.0" × 4.0" are available for oversized checked luggage. Keep in mind that significantly changing the size may affect the MOQ and require a new mold.

Do you offer blind bag or mystery box packaging?

Yes, and it is quite popular for this type of tag. We can pack individual tags in opaque foil bags or small boxes so the customer does not know which color or leaf pattern they are getting until they open it. Minimum for blind bag packaging is 500 pieces. We can also include a collectible checklist card inside each bag.
