What is the minimum order quantity for a custom PVC shoe charm like this?

For a brand-new custom design (your own character shape), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing capybara shape but change colors, the MOQ is 500 pieces. For just adding a printed logo to a stock design, the MOQ is as low as 200 pieces.

Will this charm fit my Crocs or other clog-style shoes?

Yes. The snap button stem is designed to fit standard ventilation holes found on Crocs, sandals, slides, and most perforated foam clogs. The stem diameter is approximately 8 – 10 mm, compatible with the standard hole size. If your shoe has smaller or larger holes, we can adjust the stem size accordingly.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we create the sample mold in 5 – 7 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 10 – 14 working days.

Can I get this charm in different sizes?

Yes. The standard size is around 1.8“ (45 mm). We can adjust height from 1.2“ (30 mm) up to 4.7“ (120 mm). Larger sizes require more material and a larger mold, increasing both mold fee and unit cost.

How do I attach and remove the charm?

Push the stem through the shoe hole from the front, then press the textured back button onto the protruding stem until it clicks into place. To remove, simply pull the back button off from the inside of the shoe and slide the charm out. No tools required — it takes about 2 seconds per charm.

Will the charm fall off while walking?

No. The snap button mechanism is designed to hold securely during normal walking, running, and daily activities. It has been tested for 10,000+ insertion/removal cycles. However, for aggressive sports or activities with high lateral force, we recommend removing charms beforehand.

Is this shoe charm safe for children?

Yes, with supervision. The Soft PVC material is non-toxic and phthalate-free, meeting REACH and RoHS standards. The charm has no small detachable parts. However, the snap button is a small component — supervision is recommended for children under 3.

How do the colors hold up over time?

Colors are injected into the material (not painted) — they will not peel, flake, or wash off. Under normal indoor use, colors stay vibrant for 2 – 3 years. UV-resistant additive packages are available on request for outdoor-heavy usage.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?
