What is the MOQ for custom printed event wristbands?

 For stock bands (ready-made woven bands with custom screen print): MOQ is 500 pieces. For fully custom woven bands (custom color, weave, and all-over print): MOQ is 3,000 pieces.

Can the wristband be removed without cutting?

 No. The sliding lock clasp is designed to be one-way irreversible. Once tightened to the desired wrist size, the clasp locks and cannot slide backward. The wristband can only be removed by cutting the fabric, making it tamper-evident for event access control.

What print method is most durable for sports events?

 Heat transfer and sublimation offer the best durability for sweaty or rainy conditions — the ink bonds directly with the polyester fibers. Screen printing is also reliable for single-color designs and is more cost-effective for large quantities.

Can I add a QR code or barcode to the wristband?

 Yes. We can print scannable QR codes or barcodes (Code 128, EAN, etc.) onto the wristband surface. Ensure the barcode area is at least 15 mm wide and printed with high contrast (black on white recommended) for reliable scanning.

What sizes are available?

 Adult standard: adjustable from 2.5" to 3.5" wrist circumference (6.4 – 8.9 cm inner diameter). Child size available on request. The sliding lock clasp accommodates all wrist sizes within the range.

Do you offer eco-friendly/recycled fabric options?

 Yes. We offer wristbands made from recycled polyester (rPET) fabric. Please specify when ordering. Eco-friendly options may have a slightly higher unit cost and require additional lead time.

Is the fabric waterproof?

 The woven polyester fabric is water-resistant — it dries quickly when wet and does not absorb significant moisture. However, it is not fully waterproof. For full waterproof requirements (swimming pools, water parks), we recommend silicone or Tyvek wristbands.

What is the difference between woven and printed wristbands?

 Woven wristbands have the band material made from interwoven threads (more durable, fabric feel). Printed wristbands use ink applied to the surface of the band. Woven offers better durability; printed offers more design flexibility.

Can I combine multiple colors in one order?

 Yes. Multi-color orders (e.g., entry bands in blue, VIP bands in gold, staff bands in red) can be combined in one production run as long as total quantity meets the production MOQ.

What if a lock clasp is defective?

 We replace defective lock clasps free of charge. Inspect all clasps before distribution — slide the clasp open and closed once to verify smooth operation.
