What is the minimum order quantity for a custom PVC morale patch?

For a completely new custom design with a new mold, the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing wild boar mold and only change colors, the MOQ is 500 pieces per color variant. For adding custom printed text or logo onto an existing mold, the MOQ is 200 pieces.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once the artwork is approved, we create the sample mold in 7–10 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes an additional 3–5 working days depending on your location. Total sample turnaround: approximately 10–15 working days.

Can I get this design in different backing options?

Yes. While the standard backing is full-surface hook (Velcro-compatible), we can also produce the patch with loop backing, magnetic backing, dual-lock fasteners, or even sew-on/iron-on backing for permanent attachment to fabric items.

Is this PVC patch safe to wear on military uniforms?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight for orders above US$5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for orders under US$1,000. Long-term partners may qualify for net-60 terms.

Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can combine multiple patch designs in the same production run, as long as each unique design meets its individual MOQ. This is a cost-effective way to create a full set of unit or collection patches in a single batch.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If any patch shows material defects, color bleeding, or hook backing failure within 6 months of delivery, we replace the defective pieces at no cost. Claims require photographic evidence and are processed within 3 working days.

Do you offer custom backing cards or hang tags?

Yes. In addition to the patch itself, we can produce branded header cards, collector display boxes, or foil-sealed packaging. Custom card printing with your artwork, logo, and product details is available with a minimum quantity of 300 cards per design.
