How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we engrave the sample mold in 5 – 7 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International transit takes 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 10 – 14 working days.

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If a patch shows material defects — such as delamination, color bleeding, or hook-and-loop failure — within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Intentional damage, extreme chemical exposure, or fire/heat damage is excluded.
