1. Will these charms fit my Crocs or other clog-style shoes?

Yes. The snap button stem is designed to fit standard ventilation holes found on Crocs, sandals, slides, and most perforated foam clogs. The stem diameter is approximately 8–10 mm, compatible with the standard hole size. If your shoe has smaller or larger holes, we can adjust the stem size accordingly.

2. What is the minimum order quantity?

The MOQ for a custom-molded design (your own shape, Pantone colors, and logo) is 300 pieces per design. If you use our existing hexagon mold and only customize the logo/color, the MOQ is 100 pieces with no mold fee.

3. How do I attach and remove the charm?

Push the stem through the shoe hole from the front, then press the textured back button onto the protruding stem until it clicks into place. To remove, simply pull the back button off from the inside of the shoe and slide the charm out. No tools required — it takes about 2 seconds per charm.

4. Will the charm fall off while walking?

No. The snap button mechanism is designed to hold securely during normal walking, running, and daily activities. It has been tested for 10,000+ insertion/removal cycles. However, for aggressive sports or activities with high lateral force, we recommend removing charms beforehand.

5. Can I get a sample before bulk order?

Yes. Stock samples ship within 1–2 days (free, you pay freight). Custom samples with your logo require mold creation (5–7 days). Sample fee is $50 per design, refundable with bulk orders over 500 pieces.

Yes — they are fully waterproof. The Soft PVC material is designed to withstand rain, puddles, washing, and even submersion. Colors will not fade or peel. Just rinse with water if they get muddy.
