What is the minimum order quantity for a custom coffee cup charm?

For a brand-new custom design (your own shape), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing coffee cup shape but change colors, the MOQ is 500 pieces. For just adding a printed or embossed logo to the stock shape, the MOQ is 100 pieces.

Will these charms fit all Crocs shoes?

Yes. The round rubber post is designed to fit standard Crocs Jibbitz holes (5mm diameter). They are compatible with Crocs Classic Clogs, Bayaband, Crocs Sandals, Slides, and most other perforated footwear with 5mm or similar-sized holes.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, sample production takes 5–7 working days for stock shapes, or 7–10 working days for new molds. Shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 3–7 working days. Total from artwork to sample in hand: roughly 10–14 working days.

Can I customize the colors to match my brand?

Absolutely. We support Pantone color matching and can produce any color combination. The standard set is white, black, and green, but all three colors plus the back post can be customized to match your brand identity.

How secure are the charms? Will they fall off?

The soft rubber post is engineered for a tight friction fit. Each post has been tested for 10,000+ insertion/removal cycles without loosening. They will not fall off during normal walking, light running, or daily activities.

Can I get different sizes in one set?

Yes. Our standard set includes 4 graduated sizes (approx. 20mm / 25mm / 30mm / 35mm). We can adjust dimensions from 15mm up to 60mm per your requirements. Custom sizing requires new mold creation (7–10 working days).

Are these materials safe for children?

Yes, with supervision. The Soft PVC material is non-toxic and phthalate-free, meeting REACH and RoHS standards. The charms have no small detachable parts. However, for children under 3 years, adult supervision is recommended.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms available for established customers after credit review.

Do you offer custom packaging for retail?

Yes. We offer blister cards, display boxes, hang tags, and custom gift boxes. We can print your brand logo, product info, and barcode on the packaging. Minimum for custom packaging is 500 sets.

Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different charm designs in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This saves on shipping and customs clearance costs. Contact us for mixed-order pricing.

How do I put the charms on my shoes?

Simply push the rubber post through the hole from the outside of the shoe until it snaps into place. To remove, pull the charm from the front while pushing the post from the inside of the shoe. Watch our installation video guide for best results.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the charm shows material defects within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Intentional damage, extreme heat exposure, or chemical damage is excluded.
