2. How long does it take to get a sample?

Stock samples: 2–3 days ready. Custom samples (new mold): 7–10 working days after artwork approval. Shipped via DHL/FedEx, arrives in 5–10 working days. Sample fee: $50 per design, refundable on bulk orders of 500+ pcs.

3. How is the two-color effect achieved?

The two colors are achieved through multi-cavity injection molding. Each color zone (black base, red block, white text) has its own mold cavity. Liquid PVC is injected in sequence to form a seamless, permanently bonded body with clean color separation. The colors will never bleed, blur, or separate.

4. Is the raised embossing durable? Will it peel off?

The raised text and color blocks are integrally molded into the PVC body — not printed, painted, or glued. They are physically part of the keychain. They will never peel, crack, fade, or wear off, even after years of daily use, key friction, and exposure to sweat or rain.

5. Can I have different text on each side?

Yes. The back side can have completely different text, logo, website, or QR code. Both front and back designs are created in the same mold. Additional mold cost applies for two-sided designs but the lead time remains the same.

6. How do I clean the PVC keychain?

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, rinse, and air dry. The embossed design is unaffected by gentle cleaning. Avoid abrasive pads and strong solvents (acetone, alcohol). Regular cleaning every few months maintains original appearance.

8. Can the colors match my brand's exact Pantone?
