What is the minimum order quantity for custom printed PVC wristbands?

For custom imprinting (logo, text, barcode), the MOQ is 5,000 pieces per design. For plain, non-printed wristbands, the MOQ is 1,000 pieces per color. If you need a smaller quantity for testing, we can offer a sample pack of 50–100 pieces at a higher unit price.

How long does a sample order take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, production takes 3–5 working days. Shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 3–7 working days depending on destination. Total sample lead time: approximately 6–12 working days.

Are these wristbands truly disposable / single-use?

Yes. The pin fastener is designed as a one-way snap closure. Once fastened, it cannot be removed without cutting or breaking the band, making it tamper-evident and preventing unauthorized reuse. This is ideal for access control and admission management.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely. We offer paid samples (cost of product + shipping) which is refundable upon bulk order placement. Standard samples ship within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation.

What colors are available besides red?

Our standard color range includes red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple, pink, black, white, and grey. For custom Pantone-matched colors, the MOQ is 50,000 pieces per color.

Can the wristbands be printed with QR codes or barcodes?

Yes. We offer sequential numbering and scannable QR code / barcode printing. Each band can have a unique number or code. Please note that barcode/QR code readability depends on print quality and scanning equipment — we recommend requesting a printed sample first to verify scannability.

Are these wristbands waterproof?

Yes. The PVC material is 100% waterproof. Printed text and logos will not smudge or wash off in water. These wristbands are ideal for water parks, swimming pools, splash zones, and outdoor events in rainy conditions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight for orders above $5,000, Western Union for sample payments, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net terms may be available for established repeat customers (please inquire with our sales team).

Can I mix multiple colors and designs in one order?

Yes. You can combine multiple colors and imprint designs in a single production batch, as long as each unique combination meets its respective MOQ. Combined orders help save on shipping and customs documentation costs.

Do you offer blind packaging or private labeling?

Yes. We can package under your brand with plain or branded outer cartons showing only your logo and product information. No manufacturer markings will be visible. Minimum for private label packaging is 50,000 pieces. FOBS (Foreign Owned Brand Services) agreements are available upon request.
