 What is the minimum order quantity for a custom embroidered keychain?

For a brand-new custom embroidery design (your own pattern or logo on the strap), the MOQ is 200 pieces per design. If you select a color-only change on our existing floral pattern, the MOQ is 500 pieces per colorway. For simple logo printing on a standard blank strap, the MOQ is 100 pieces.

2. How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we produce sample embroidery in 5 – 7 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery typically takes 3 – 7 working days depending on destination. Total turnaround from artwork approval to door: approximately 8 – 14 days.

3. Can I get this keychain in different sizes?

Yes. The standard strap is approximately 4"–4.3" long × 1"–1.2" wide. We can adjust the strap length from 2.4" (60 mm) up to 7.9" (200 mm) and width from 0.6" (15 mm) up to 2" (50 mm). Larger sizes may incur additional embroidery cost.

Yes. The polyester embroidery thread and fabric are non-toxic and free from phthalates, lead, and nickel (metal hardware is nickel-free). We recommend this keychain for ages 6+ due to small metal parts. All materials comply with REACH and RoHS standards.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight for orders above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal (subject to 4.5% processing fee). All deposits are refundable minus design/digitizing costs before sampling.

8. Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can combine different embroidery patterns, colorways, or key ring styles in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This is a great way to diversify your product line while optimizing shipping costs.

9. What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee against material defects. If the embroidery frays, the thread color runs, or the metal hardware breaks within 6 months of delivery under normal use, we replace defective pieces or provide a credit for your next order. Please report issues with photos within 7 days of discovery.

10. Do you offer custom packaging for retail display?

Yes. Beyond standard polybags, we can provide: custom header cards with your branding, gift pouches (cotton or velvet), blister cards, or custom boxes. Minimum for custom packaging is 500 pieces per style. We also offer kraft eco-packaging for brands prioritizing sustainability.
