What is the minimum order quantity for a custom embroidered keychain like this?

For a brand-new custom design (your own text and colors), the MOQ is 100 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing embroidery program but change colors or fabric, the MOQ is 200 pieces. For just adding a printed label to a stock design, the MOQ is as low as 100 pieces.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we create the embroidery program in 2–3 working days and produce the sample in another 2–3 working days. Samples ship via DHL/FedEx and arrive in 3–7 working days internationally. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 7–13 working days.

Can I get this keychain in different sizes?

Yes. The standard size is approximately 1.1” × 4.7” (28 mm × 120 mm). We can adjust width from 0.8” (20 mm) up to 2.0” (50 mm), and length from 3.0” (75 mm) up to 7.0” (180 mm). Larger sizes require more fabric and thread, increasing unit cost slightly.

Is this keychain safe for children?

Yes, with supervision. The fabric and embroidery are non-toxic and meet REACH and CPSIA standards. There are no small detachable parts on the fabric body itself. However, the metal split ring is a small part and may pose a choking hazard — it is not recommended for children under 3 years old.

How do the colors hold up over time?

The fabric uses professional-grade reactive dyeing with excellent colorfastness (ISO 105-C06 rated). The embroidery polyester thread is also colorfast. Under normal indoor use, colors stay vibrant for 18+ months. UV-resistant thread is available on request for outdoor applications.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms are available for established customers on orders over $10,000.

Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different text designs or colors in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This saves on shipping and customs clearance costs. We recommend grouping designs with the same fabric color to optimize production efficiency.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the keychain shows material defects (fraying, thread breakage, hardware failure) within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Damage from intentional abuse, extreme heat, or improper cleaning is excluded.

Do you offer custom tags or labeling?

Yes. We can attach branded hang tags, care labels, or price tags to each keychain. We can also print your brand name on the header card or polybag. Minimum for custom labeling is 500 pieces, adding 2–3 working days to lead time.
