The printing uses high-temperature heat transfer technology that bonds the white geometric WAVE lettering and camera/16 FLASH graphics directly into the polyester fibers. Background color — Switch from black to any Pantone color for the woven ribbon base. Dark colors (navy, charcoal, burgundy) or bright colors (neon pink, electric blue) are available.

Repeat pattern — The WAVE text currently repeats in a continuous pattern. We can adjust spacing, add separator elements, or create a single central graphic layout.

What is the minimum order quantity for a custom woven wristband?

For a brand-new custom design (your own artwork and color choice), the MOQ is 500 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing Wave design but change the text or colors, the MOQ is 1,000 pieces. For adding only a printed logo on the standard Wave band, the MOQ is 300 pieces.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we produce the sample in 3 – 5 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 6 – 12 working days depending on your location.

Can I get different band widths or lengths for this wristband?

Yes. The standard width is 0.75" (19 mm) and length is 10" – 11" (255 – 280 mm). We can adjust width from 0.5" (12 mm) up to 1.5" (38 mm) and length from 8" (200 mm) up to 14" (355 mm). Larger sizes require a customized loom setup, which adds a one-time setup fee.

Is the wristband waterproof? Can it be worn in rain or at pool parties?

Yes. Polyester woven ribbon is naturally water-resistant. The heat-transferred design will not wash off or smudge in rain, sweat, or brief water exposure. However, the band is not designed for prolonged underwater submersion. For pool party events, we recommend our silicone wristband line instead.

How secure is the locking clasp? Can it be removed without cutting?

The black-and-white locking clasp is a one-way tamper-evident mechanism. Once snapped shut, the clasp cannot be undone without cutting the band or breaking the clasp. This provides reliable access control for paid-entry events and VIP areas.

Can I get the wristband with a custom pattern woven into the fabric (Jacquard)?

Absolutely. For premium orders, we offer Jacquard woven wristbands where the pattern is woven directly into the polyester ribbon rather than printed on. This produces a thicker, more premium band with zero risk of fading. The MOQ for Jacquard woven bands is 3,000 pieces per design, and lead time is 15 – 20 working days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms are available for established customers with a verified purchase history.

Can I mix multiple wristband designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different wristband designs (different text, colors, or graphics) in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This saves on shipping costs and customs clearance fees.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the wristband shows material defects or design peeling within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Intentional damage, improper storage, or extreme heat exposure is excluded from coverage.

Can I embed an RFID chip or NFC tag in the wristband?

Yes. We offer RFID and NFC embedding for smart access control, cashless payment, and attendee tracking. The chip is sealed inside a pocket of the woven ribbon during weaving. MOQ for RFID wristbands is 1,000 pieces, adding 5 – 7 working days to lead time.
