The sliding lock is made from standard ABS plastic — the same material used in reusable event wristbands globally.

The weaving process uses industrial-grade polyester yarn colored with disperse dyes that are heat-set into the fiber. This means the bright purple base, black text, and tan speech bubble are chemically bonded into the thread itself — not coated on top of the fabric. What is the minimum order quantity for a custom woven wristband like this?

For a completely new custom woven design (your own pattern and colors, e.g., a unique festival brand with custom text and graphics), the MOQ is 500 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing purple base layout and only change the text or speech bubble color, the MOQ is 300 pieces per colorway. For simple lock color change on an existing design, 200 pieces.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we set up the jacquard weave in 5 – 7 working days and produce the sample in 2 – 3 working days. International shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 3 – 5 working days. Total estimated time from artwork approval to delivery: 10 – 15 working days.

Is the woven pattern as durable as printed graphics?

Yes — significantly more durable. The jacquard weaving process interlaces colored polyester threads into the fabric itself. Unlike screen printing, heat transfer, or inkjet printing, woven patterns cannot peel, crack, flake, or wash off. The purple base, black text, and tan speech bubble will remain intact for the entire lifespan of the wristband — even through sweat, rain, and repeated washing.

Can I get the wristband in different widths?

Yes. The standard adult width is 0.75" – 1.0" (19 – 25 mm). We can produce widths from 0.5" (12 mm) up to 1.5" (38 mm). Narrower bands are more delicate and often used for children or single-day events; wider bands provide larger graphic area and a bolder presence at festivals.

Is the sliding lock reusable?

Yes. Unlike disposable tamper-proof locks, the black ABS sliding lock is designed for repeated use. The wearer can slide it open to remove the band and slide it closed to put it back on. This makes it ideal for multi-day festivals where attendees should keep their wristband on for the whole event but may need to remove it between days. For single-use tamper-proof security, we also offer disposable locks.

How do the purple colors hold up over time?

Excellent. Since all colors are woven-in polyester thread, they are inherently colorfast. Under normal indoor/outdoor use, colors remain vibrant for years. The bright magenta-purple base is formulated with UV-stable polyester dye to resist fading during outdoor festival conditions. Unlike printed wristbands that show wear in high-contact areas, woven bands maintain their appearance evenly across the entire surface.

Can I get a completely different design or pattern?

Absolutely. We can create any woven pattern or graphic as a jacquard wristband — brand logos, event mascots, geometric patterns, camouflage, text-only designs, custom artwork, or complex multi-colored graphics. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for sample orders, and PayPal for small orders under $500. All payments processed through verified company accounts with full invoice and receipt documentation.

Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different woven designs (e.g., different event names, sponsor logos, color schemes) in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This is an efficient way to produce multi-tier event wristbands (GA, VIP, Artist, Staff, Media) in a single production run.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the wristband shows weaving defects, color bleed, frayed edges, or structural failure within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge, including shipping. Our quality control team inspects every batch before shipment to ensure consistent weave density, accurate color matching, and clean lock mechanism function.
