The black overlock edge prevents fraying and keeps the shape intact.

What is the minimum order quantity for a custom embroidered keychain like this?

For a custom text design (existing rectangular size), the MOQ is 100 pieces. For a brand-new custom shape with new digitizing, the MOQ is 300 pieces. For color changes only, the MOQ is 200 pieces.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, digitizing takes 2–3 working days, then sample sewing takes 2–3 working days. We ship via DHL/FedEx (3–7 working days). Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 7–14 working days.

Can I get this keychain in different sizes?

Yes. The standard size is approximately 3.5" × 1.8" (90 × 46 mm). We can adjust the height from 2" (50 mm) up to 6" (150 mm). Larger sizes require more stitches and higher thread consumption, increasing the unit cost.

Can I change the slogan text to something else?

Absolutely. You can replace "I ♥ FLYING" with any short phrase (up to approximately 15 characters). Common examples include your brand name, aviation club name, event slogan, or a personalized message. Send us your text and we will provide a digitized preview before production.

How durable is the embroidery? Will the stitches come loose?

The embroidery is high-density (≥5,000 stitches/in²), which means the threads are packed tightly for maximum durability. The threads are locked on the back side to prevent unraveling. Under normal daily use, the embroidery will remain intact for years. The overlock edge also prevents fabric fraying.

Is this keychain safe to give to children?

Yes, with supervision. The embroidered fabric itself is non-toxic and has no sharp edges. However, the metal split ring could be a choking hazard for children under 3 years old. For children aged 3+, the keychain is safe for general use as a bag charm or backpack accessory.

Can I get a different color combination?

Yes. The default is white text with a red heart on a black fabric base. You can choose any Pantone color for the text thread, heart thread, and fabric base independently. Color changes on existing designs have a lower MOQ (200 pieces) than full custom designs.

Can I add a logo or emblem alongside the text?

Yes. We can digitize a small logo or emblem (up to approximately 1" × 1") next to or above the text, provided the overall design fits within the keychain dimensions. A small emblem typically adds 1–2 working days to digitizing time and a small increase in unit cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms are available for established customers on orders over $10,000.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the keychain shows material defects (loose threads, fabric tear, significant fading) within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Intentional damage or extreme heat/moisture exposure is excluded.
