Is Embroidered Fabric Safe for Daily Use?

Yes. The keychain is made from embroidered fabric — a polyester/cotton twill base with high-density polyester embroidery thread stitched directly into the material. The fabric is stiffened by the dense embroidery coverage, creating a durable, shape-retaining structure. No glue or chemical stiffeners are used. The material is non-toxic, odorless, and safe for everyday handling.

The black embroidery thread is sewn through the entire thickness of the fabric, creating a strong bond between the thread and the base cloth. The yellow base fabric is treated with a colorfast dye — resistant to moderate UV exposure and hand oils. The metal split ring is nickel-free (lead-safe) and hypoallergenic for most users.

2. Logo / Text Customization

Instead of "DANGER", your brand logo, slogan, or custom text can be embroidered in the center of the arrow. Maximum 4–6 characters for bold block letters at the current arrow size. Longer text can be split into two lines with smaller lettering. We use Tajima-compatible .DST embroidery files — send us your vector artwork and we will digitize it for you.

What is the minimum order quantity for a custom embroidered keychain like this?

For a brand-new custom shape (your own arrow or symbol design with a new embroidery pattern), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing arrow shape but change the embroidery text and colors, the MOQ is 500 pieces. For adding a printed logo to a stock design, the MOQ is as low as 200 pieces.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we create the embroidery program and cut the sample fabric in 3 – 5 working days, then embroider and assemble in 2 – 3 working days. Samples ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 8 – 15 working days.

Can I get this keychain in different shapes?

Yes. The arrow shape is our standard template, but we can embroider any silhouette — circles, shields, stars, skulls, triangles, or custom brand icon shapes. Different shapes require a new cutting die ($50 – $80 tooling fee) and new embroidery digitizing ($15 – $25).

Is this keychain safe for children?

The embroidered fabric itself is non-toxic and safe for all ages. However, the metal split ring is a small part — not recommended for children under 3. For child-safe versions, we can replace the metal ring with a fabric loop or plastic lobster clasp.

How do the colors hold up over time?

The yellow fabric base is dyed with reactive dyes (ISO 105-B02 lightfastness Grade 4). Under normal indoor use, colors stay vibrant for 2 – 3 years. The black embroidery thread is solution-dyed polyester — it will not fade or bleed. Hand washing is not recommended; spot clean only.

Can I get a completely different word embroidered on it?

Absolutely. Any 4 – 6 character word can replace "DANGER" at the same font size. Longer words (7 – 12 characters) can be embroidered in two lines with smaller lettering. We support English, Chinese characters, Japanese Kanji, Arabic script, and Cyrillic. Custom digitizing is free for first design.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms available for established customers on orders over $10,000.

Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different embroidery text, fabric colors, and shapes in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This saves on shipping and customs clearance costs.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the keychain shows material defects (thread unraveling, fabric tearing, ring failure) within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Intentional damage, washing machine damage, or extreme heat exposure is excluded.

Do you offer custom hang tags or branded packaging?

Yes. We can provide custom hang tags with your logo, barcode, and pricing printed on 350gsm card. Minimum for custom hang tag packaging is 1,000 pieces, adding 5 – 7 working days. We also offer custom sticker labels, branded polybags, and QR code-embedded tags for smart product tracking.
