What is the minimum order quantity for a custom PVC bar mat?

For a brand-new custom design (your own mat shape and size), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing rectangular mat template with custom logo printing, the MOQ is 200 pieces.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we create the sample mold in 5 – 7 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery adds 3 – 5 working days depending on your location.

Can I get this bar mat in different sizes?

Yes. The standard size is approx. 9" × 6" (23 × 15 cm). We can adjust from 4" × 4" coaster size up to 24" × 12" bar runner size. Larger sizes may require a new mold and additional tooling cost.

Is this bar mat safe for food contact surfaces?

How do the colors hold up over time?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for small orders under $500.

Can I mix multiple mat designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different mat sizes, colors, and logo placements in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. Combined quantity helps save on shipping costs.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the bar mat shows material defects within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Surface scratches from misuse are not covered.

Do you offer custom packaging for retail shelves?

Yes. We can package in custom gift boxes, header cards, PVC blister cards, or cardboard sleeves with your branding. Minimum for custom retail packaging is 500 pieces.
