The MOQ is 100 pieces per design/color combination. For custom mold orders (special band shapes or integrated charm designs), the MOQ is 300 pieces with a one-time mold fee of $80–$120.

2. Can you print text in different languages?

Yes. We can print text in English, Chinese, Cyrillic (Russian/Ukrainian), Arabic, Spanish, French, German, and most other languages. The example shown includes Russian text — we support all Unicode character sets.

3. Is the silicone material hypoallergenic?

Yes. Our silicone is medical-grade, hypoallergenic, latex-free, and BPA-free. It is safe for sensitive skin and can be worn continuously without irritation.

4. How do I clean the wristband?

Wash with mild soap and warm water, then air dry. Silicone is naturally stain-resistant and can be sanitized with rubbing alcohol (70% isopropyl) without damage.

5. Can the key ring be removed?

Yes. The key ring is attached to a silicone loop at the end of the band. The ring can be detached if you want to use the wristband alone, or swapped for a different style of hardware.

6. How long does a printed design last on silicone?

Screen printed designs on silicone typically last 12–18 months with daily wear. Debossed or embossed designs (molded into the silicone) are permanent and will never wear off. For long-term branding, we recommend debossing.

7. Can I get glow-in-the-dark wristbands?

Yes. Our glow-in-the-dark silicone absorbs ambient light and glows for 4–6 hours in darkness. Perfect for night events, concerts, and festival VIP wristbands.

8. What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight for orders above $5,000, PayPal under $3,000, and Western Union for samples.

9. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Stock samples ship within 1–2 days (free, you pay freight). Custom printed samples take 3–5 working days. Sample fee is $20–$50, refundable with bulk orders over 500 pieces.

10. What is your replacement policy?

We offer a 100% quality guarantee: if the wristband shows material defects or print failure within 6 months, we replace defective units free of charge. Photo evidence required within 7 days of receipt.
