Once artwork is approved, we create the sample mold in 5 – 7 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 10 – 14 working days.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the magnet hook shows material defects (color bleeding, magnet loosening, tail cracking) within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Intentional damage or extreme heat exposure is excluded.
