What is the minimum order quantity for a custom silicone slap bracelet?

For a custom screen-printed design on a standard silicone slap bracelet, the MOQ is 500 pieces per design. For glow-in-the-dark, color-change, or metallic silicone materials, MOQ is 1,000 pieces per color. For debossed/embossed logo (mold change), MOQ is 500 pieces.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once the artwork is approved, we produce the sample in 7 – 10 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 5 working days after dispatch.

Are slap bracelets safe for children?

Yes. Our silicone slap bracelets are 100% safe for children aged 3+. The silicone is non-toxic, latex-free, and hypoallergenic. The spring steel core is fully encapsulated inside the silicone — no metal or sharp edges are exposed. The bracelet cannot snap open during wear; it stays coiled around the wrist until intentionally unrolled.

How many times can the bracelet snap before it stops working?

Our internal testing shows the bracelet maintains its snap action for 10,000+ cycles. After 10,000 snaps, the steel core may begin to lose some spring tension, but the bracelet remains fully functional as a flat wristband. In practice, most users will never reach this limit through normal use.

Will the printed logo peel or fade over time?

The screen print bonds to the silicone during the high-temperature curing process. It is chemically bonded — not painted on or laminated. Under normal wear, the print will not peel, crack, or flake. Colors may show minor fading after 12+ months of daily outdoor use in direct sunlight, but indoor use will remain vibrant for years.

Can I get glow-in-the-dark or color-change versions?

Yes. We offer several special effect silicone materials: (1) Glow-in-the-dark — charges in natural or indoor light, glows for 4 – 8 hours. (2) UV color-change — changes color when exposed to sunlight. (3) Temperature color-change — changes color with body heat. (4) Translucent — see-through silicone. Each effect has a separate MOQ of 1,000 pcs per color.

Can these be used as event entry wristbands?

Yes. We can print sequential numbers, barcodes, or QR codes on the bracelet for event entry and access control. However, unlike vinyl or Tyvek wristbands, silicone slap bracelets are reusable — they are not single-use tear-off bands. For one-time entry control, we recommend printing a unique QR code and using a scanner system. For multi-day access, the reusable snap bracelet is ideal.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for orders under $500.

Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different logo prints, colors, and even sizes in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. For example: 500 pcs of green with logo A + 500 pcs of blue with logo B in one order.

Do you offer eco-friendly silicone options?

Yes. We offer silicone compounds made with recycled silicone content (up to 30% post-industrial recycled material). While 100% recycled silicone is not yet viable for spring core encapsulation, the recycled blend maintains the same quality and performance as virgin silicone. Please specify "eco silicone" when ordering.
