Yes. The keychain is made from Soft PVC (polyvinyl chloride with phthalate-free plasticizers), a material widely used in toys, accessories, and promotional products. It is soft to the touch — similar to a thick rubber eraser — and has no sharp edges or hard corners. The material is non-toxic and complies with international safety standards for everyday handling.

1. What is the minimum order quantity for a custom PVC keychain like this?

For a brand-new custom design (your own character shape), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing shape but change colors, the MOQ is 500 pieces. For just adding a printed logo to a stock design, the MOQ is as low as 200 pieces.

2. How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we create the sample mold in 5 – 7 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 10 – 14 working days.

3. Can I get this keychain in different sizes?

Yes. The standard size is around 2.2" (55 mm). We can adjust height from 1.2" (30 mm) up to 4.7" (120 mm). Larger sizes require more material and a larger mold, increasing both mold fee and unit cost.

4. Is this keychain safe for children?

Yes, with supervision. The Soft PVC material is non-toxic and phthalate-free, meeting REACH and RoHS standards. The figure has no small detachable parts. However, if metal key rings are attached, it is not recommended for children under 3.

5. How do the colors hold up over time?

Colors are injected into the material (not painted) — they will not peel, flake, or wash off. Under normal indoor use, colors stay vibrant for 2 – 3 years. UV-resistant additive packages are available on request.

6. Can I get a completely different character design?

Absolutely. We can create any 2D or 3D character concept as a PVC soft rubber keychain. Send us your reference sketches or brand mascot designs. Custom character development adds 3 – 5 working days to pre-production.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms available for established customers on orders over $10,000.

8. Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different character designs in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This saves on shipping and customs clearance costs.

9. What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the keychain shows material defects within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Intentional damage or extreme heat exposure is excluded.

10. Do you offer blind bag / mystery box packaging?

Yes. We can package in opaque foil bags, small boxes, or plastic capsules for blind bag sales. Minimum for blind bag packaging is 1,000 pieces, adding 5 – 7 working days.
