Is Soft PVC Safe for Food & Drink Contact?

Yes. The coaster is made from Soft PVC (polyvinyl chloride with phthalate-free plasticizers). It is non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and certified to meet REACH and RoHS standards. The material will not absorb liquids, grow mold, or leach chemicals — making it safe for regular contact with cups, mugs, and glassware. For food-grade applications, we can supply FDA-compliant Soft PVC on request.

• Curved text is raised relief — “BALANCE YOUR JOURNEY” and “EST. 2012” are embossed directly into the PVC. They will never fade, rub off, or become illegible.

• Fully waterproof — Unlike paper or fabric coasters, Soft PVC will not absorb water, coffee, tea, or condensation. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom PVC coasters?

For a brand-new custom coaster design (your own shape and artwork + new mold), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you use our existing coaster shape but change colors and text, the MOQ is 500 pieces. For adding a printed logo to a stock coaster, the MOQ is as low as 200 pieces.

2. How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we create the sample mold in 5 – 7 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 10 – 14 working days.

3. Can I get coasters in different shapes?

Yes. While the standard design is round, we can make coasters in square, hexagonal, octagonal, oval, or any custom shape. The mold tooling cost varies slightly by shape complexity.

4. Are PVC coasters safe for hot drinks?

Yes. Soft PVC withstands temperatures up to 80°C (176°F), making them safe for hot coffee mugs, tea cups, and warm dishes. However, they should not be used as trivets for pots straight from the stove or oven.

5. Do PVC coasters absorb liquid? Will they grow mold?

No. Soft PVC is fully non-porous and waterproof. Unlike paper, fabric, or cork coasters, liquid sits on the surface and can be wiped off in seconds. The material will never absorb water, develop rings, or grow mold or mildew.

6. Can I get a different logo or text on the front?

Absolutely. The front design is fully customizable — replace the globe pattern with your own artwork, change the “BALANCE YOUR JOURNEY” text to your brand slogan, and replace the “N” logo with your own icon. We can even have different text on the back if you choose double-sided design.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples under $200, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms for established customers on orders over $10,000.

8. Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different coaster shapes, colors, and logo combinations in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. Mixing designs helps save on shipping and customs clearance.

9. What is your warranty or replacement policy?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the coaster shows material defects (cracking, discoloration, delamination) within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Damage from extreme heat above 80°C or intentional abuse is excluded.

10. Do you offer branded packaging or set packaging?

Yes. We offer gift box sets for 2, 4, or 6 coasters, retail blister cards, custom-branded boxes, and bulk packaging. Coaster sets make excellent retail products and corporate gifts. Custom packaging adds 5 – 7 working days and varies by quantity.
