What is the minimum order quantity for a custom orange slice coaster?

For a brand-new custom design (your own pattern, shape, or artwork), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing orange slice coaster shape but change colors, the MOQ is 500 pieces per color variant. For simply adding a printed logo to the back of a stock coaster, the MOQ is as low as 200 pieces. This makes it accessible for small businesses and test runs.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we create the sample mold in 5 – 7 working days and produce the first sample in 2 – 3 days. After sample approval, we ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 10 – 14 working days. We also offer photo and video approval before shipping to confirm satisfaction.

Can I get this coaster in different sizes?

Yes. The standard size is 4.0" (100 mm) in diameter. We can adjust the diameter from 3.0" (75 mm) up to 5.5" (140 mm). Larger coasters require more material and a larger mold, which increases both the mold fee and the unit price. Thickness can also be adjusted from 3 mm up to 12 mm. Is this coaster safe for direct food contact?

The Soft PVC material used is non-toxic and phthalate-free, meeting REACH and RoHS standards. However, the coaster is designed as a drink mat and table protector, not as a food preparation surface or cutting board. It is perfectly safe to place plates, glasses, and cups on it, but we recommend against using it as a direct food contact surface or for hot cookware directly from the stove.

How do the colors hold up over time?

Colors are injected into the PVC material (not painted or printed), so they will not peel, flake, wash off, or separate. Under normal indoor use, colors stay vibrant for 2 – 3 years with minimal fading. UV-resistant additive packages are available on request for outdoor or sun-exposed environments. Dark colors and direct sunlight exposure may accelerate natural fading.

Can you create a different fruit pattern or custom shape?

Absolutely. We can create any fruit pattern — lemon, lime, grapefruit, watermelon, kiwi, strawberry, or an entirely custom design. Send us your reference images, sketches, or brand mascots. Custom pattern development adds 3 – 5 working days to the pre-production phase. We can also combine multiple fruit designs into a single collection set.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit with order + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight above $5,000 USD, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for orders under $3,000 USD. Net 30-day terms are available for established customers on orders over $10,000 USD after credit approval. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

Can I mix multiple coaster designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different coaster designs — for example, orange slice, lemon slice, and lime slice — in the same production batch as long as each unique design meets its individual MOQ. This approach reduces shipping costs, simplifies customs clearance, and allows you to offer a variety of products in a single shipment.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee from the date of shipment. If the coaster shows material defects such as cracking, delamination, or color bleeding within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Damage caused by intentional misuse, extreme heat (above 60°C / 140°F), or chemical exposure is excluded from the guarantee.

Do you offer custom packaging for retail or gift set presentation?

Yes. We offer a wide range of packaging options from simple polybags to premium magnetic flap gift boxes with foam inserts and satin ribbons. Packaging can be branded with your logo, product information, and barcode. Minimum for custom retail packaging is 1,000 units per packaging design, with an additional 5 – 10 working days for production.
