 For a brand-new custom design (your own artwork), the MOQ is 100 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing Basset Hound mold with only color changes, the MOQ is 50 pieces per color variation.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

 Once artwork is approved, we create the die-struck mold in 5 – 7 working days and produce the sample in 2 – 3 days. Shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 3 – 5 working days. Total: approximately 10 – 15 working days.

Can I get this pin in a different dog breed?

Will the enamel color chip or fade?

 Soft enamel is durable for normal wear. The colors are heat-cured and covered with a protective epoxy coating. Under normal use (worn occasionally, stored dry), the pin maintains its appearance for years. Avoid dropping on hard surfaces or scratching with sharp objects.

Can I make the pin larger or smaller?

 Yes. The standard size is approximately 1.0" (25 mm) height. We can adjust from 0.5" (12 mm) mini pins up to 2.0" (50 mm) statement pins. Larger sizes require more metal and enamel, affecting the price per piece.

 Yes. You can mix different dog breed designs in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This is perfect for creating a full dog breed series, a "Best in Show" collection, or custom pet portrait pins for multiple owners.

 We offer a 100% quality guarantee. If the pin shows material defects (enamel chipping, broken clutch, plating peeling) within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective items free of charge.
