Yes. The magnet is made from Soft PVC (polyvinyl chloride with phthalate-free plasticizers), a material widely used in toys, accessories, and promotional products. It is soft to the touch — similar to a fridge magnet but more flexible — and passes REACH and RoHS safety standards. The embedded ferrite magnet is fully sealed within the PVC body, with no exposed metal edges.

Unlike painted magnets, our PVC color is injected into the liquid PVC compound before molding. This means the color runs through the entire thickness of the material, so it cannot peel, flake, or wash off with regular cleaning. A quick wipe with a damp cloth keeps the magnet looking fresh.

What is the minimum order quantity for a custom PVC popsicle magnet?

For a brand-new custom design (your own popsicle shape), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing shape but change colors, the MOQ is 500 pieces. For just adding a printed logo to an existing design, the MOQ is 200 pieces.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we create the sample mold in 5 – 7 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 10 – 14 working days.

Can I get this magnet in different sizes?

Yes. The standard popsicle is approximately 2.0" – 2.4" tall. We can adjust height from 1.2" (30 mm) up to 4.7" (120 mm). Larger sizes require more material and a larger mold, increasing both mold fee and unit cost.

Is this magnet safe for children?

Yes, with supervision. The Soft PVC material is non-toxic and phthalate-free, meeting REACH and RoHS standards. The ferrite magnet is fully encapsulated inside the PVC body with no small detachable parts. However, magnets are not toys and should not be swallowed by small children.

How do the colors hold up over time?

Colors are injected into the material (not painted) — they will not peel, flake, or wash off. Under normal indoor use, colors stay vibrant for 2 – 3 years. UV-resistant additive packages are available for outdoor or window-display applications.

Can I get a completely different popsicle shape?

Absolutely. We can create any 3D popsicle or ice cream character concept as a PVC fridge magnet. Send us your reference sketches or brand mascot designs. Custom character development adds 3 – 5 working days to the timeline.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms available for established customers with prior order history.

Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different popsicle designs in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This saves on shipping and customs clearance costs.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the magnet shows material defects within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Intentional damage or extreme heat exposure is excluded.

Do you offer blind bag / mystery box packaging?

Yes. We can package in opaque foil bags, small boxes, or plastic capsules for blind bag sales. Minimum for blind bag packaging is 1,000 pieces, adding 5 – 7 working days.
