What is the minimum order quantity for a custom silicone luggage tag?

For a completely new custom design (your own tag shape and lettering), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing "ADVENTURE" mold but change the colors, the MOQ is 500 pieces. For just adding a printed logo or text to the existing design, the MOQ drops to 200 pieces.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we create the sample mold in 5 – 7 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 10 – 14 working days.

Can I get this luggage tag in a different size?

Yes. The standard size is approximately 4.3" × 2.8" (110 × 70 mm). We can adjust dimensions from 3.0" × 2.0" up to 6.0" × 4.0". Larger sizes require more material and a larger mold, increasing both the mold fee and unit cost.

Is the silicone material safe for children?

Yes. The silicone used is food-grade, BPA-free, and phthalate-free, meeting REACH and RoHS safety standards. The material is non-toxic and has no sharp edges. However, the snap button and strap present a potential choking hazard for very young children, so adult supervision is recommended.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight for orders above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms are available for established customers with a purchase history.

Can I mix multiple tag designs in one order?

Yes. You can combine different tag designs (e.g., "ADVENTURE", "EXPLORE", "WANDER") in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This significantly reduces shipping and customs clearance costs.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee on all silicone luggage tags. If the tag shows material defects — such as cracking, delamination, or snap-button failure — within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Intentional damage or extreme heat exposure (above 230°C) is excluded from this guarantee.

Do you offer eco-friendly or recycled silicone options?

Yes. For environmentally conscious brands, we offer tags made from recycled silicone material at a 10 – 15% premium. We also offer plastic-free packaging options using kraft paper cards and cotton drawstring bags. Minimum for eco-friendly options is 1,000 pieces, adding 5 – 7 working days to the lead time.
