1. Text & Font — Customize wording, font style (serif, sans-serif, script), letter size, and spacing. Our standard satin-stitch support uppercase letters from 4 mm to 25 mm height.

2. Thread Colors — Select from 200+ Pantone® thread colors. Single-color, multi-color, gradient, and metallic thread options available. Minimum order: 50 pcs for multi-thread.

3. Patch Shape & Size — Die-cut contour follows your design outline (scalloped, rectangular, circular, irregular). Sizes from 2 cm to 25 cm on longest side. Custom shape tooling: one-time setup fee.

4. Backing Type — Choose iron-on (heat-activated adhesive), sew-on (no adhesive), Velcro® hook-and-loop, self-adhesive (peel-and-stick), or magnetic backing.

Q1: How do I apply an iron-on patch?

Place the patch on your garment, cover with a thin cloth, and press with a household iron at the highest cotton setting (no steam) for 20–30 seconds. Flip the garment and press the back side for 10 seconds. Let it cool for 2 minutes before wearing or washing.

Q2: Can I sew the patch instead of ironing?

Yes. All our patches have an adhesive backing, but can also be sewn on for extra durability. Use a standard needle (size 75/11 or 80/12) with polyester thread. Edge-stitch along the satin border. Sew-on is recommended for heavy-use items like bags and workwear.

Q3: Will the patch damage my clothes when removing?

Heat-activated patches bond strongly. To remove, use a fabric-safe adhesive remover or apply heat (iron on high) to soften the glue, then peel gently. Some residue may remain — treat with isopropyl alcohol or adhesive remover wipes. Sew-on patches require seam ripper removal.

Q4: How many washes will the patch survive?

Iron-on patches typically last 50+ gentle machine washes (30°C, inside-out). For longer life, we recommend adding a few securing stitches after ironing.

Q5: Can I order custom text in a different language?

Absolutely. We support Latin, Cyrillic, Arabic, Chinese characters, Hangul, and many more. Non-Latin scripts may require a digitized artwork review. Contact us with your design file for a quote.

Q6: What is the minimum order quantity for a custom design?

Standard custom designs: MOQ 100 pcs. For complex multi-color or multi-shape orders, MOQ may increase to 200–500 pcs. Ready-made stock designs have no MOQ — you can order just 1 piece.

Q7: Do you offer digital mockups before production?

Yes. We provide a free digital mockup (stitching simulation) within 24 hours of artwork submission. Physical samples are available at production cost + shipping.

Q8: What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, CDR, SVG, and high-resolution PNG (≥300 DPI) files. For non-vector formats, a digitizing fee may apply.

Q9: Are there any prohibited designs?

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing hate speech, explicit violence, or infringing trademarked/copyrighted content without proof of authorization. When in doubt, please discuss with us first.
