1. Size Customization

Available from 3 cm to 15 cm diameter. Custom sizes require tooling adjustment with a lead time of 3–5 working days.

2. Thread Color Matching

We support Pantone color matching for all thread colors. Existing colors can be adjusted or fully replaced to match your brand palette.

3. Shape Modification

Standard round shape can be changed to any custom contour — square, shield, star, or irregular silhouette. Custom shape dies required.

4. Backing Type

Choose from: Iron-on (standard), Sew-on (no adhesive), Velcro® hook-and-loop, Self-adhesive peel-and-stick, or Magnet-backed for non-fabric surfaces.

5. Logo & Artwork Imprint

Q: How do I apply the iron-on patch?

A: Preheat iron to 150°C–170°C (cotton setting). Place the patch on the desired fabric area with the adhesive side down. Cover with a thin cotton cloth and press firmly for 15–20 seconds. Allow to cool for 2–3 minutes. For best results, stitch around the edge after ironing.

Q: Will the patch fall off after washing?

A: When properly applied, the heat-activated adhesive creates a strong permanent bond. We recommend machine washing cold on gentle cycle and air drying. For maximum durability on frequently washed items, sew a few stitches around the edge as reinforcement.

Q: Can I sew this patch on instead of ironing?

A: Absolutely. The iron-on backing does not interfere with sewing. Use a standard needle and thread to stitch around the merrowed border. The backing will stay in place while you sew, making it easier to position.

Q: What fabrics work best with iron-on patches?

A: Cotton, denim, polyester, canvas, and most tightly woven fabrics work well. Stretchy fabrics (spandex, jersey) and waterproof materials (nylon, vinyl) are not ideal — we recommend the sew-on version for those materials.

Q: Can I order a custom design?

A: Yes! We accept custom artwork. Send your design in vector format (AI/EPS/CDR/PDF) and our digitizing team will prepare the embroidery file. Free digitizing for orders of 500+ pcs. Minimum 100 pcs per custom design.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: For stock designs: 100 pcs per design. For fully custom designs: 100 pcs per design. Sample orders (1–5 pcs) are available with sample fees that are refundable on bulk orders.

Q: How long does production take?

A: Stock design samples ship within 1–3 working days. Custom design samples take 5–7 working days (including digitizing). Bulk production is typically 10–15 working days after sample approval. Rush orders are available at an additional 20% surcharge.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?

A: Yes. We offer tiered pricing based on quantity. Please contact us with your target quantity and we will provide a competitive wholesale quote. Volume discounts apply for orders above 1,000 pcs.

Q: Are your patches eco-friendly or RoHS compliant?

A: Yes. All materials are RoHS and REACH compliant. Our threads are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. We use water-based adhesives and are working towards GOTS certification for organic thread options.
