Wholesale Custom School Enamel Lapel Pin — Nkubu High School Shield Crest Badge with Crown Top, "Truth and Courage" Banner Motto, Red White & Blue Enamel, Gold Rim & Butterfly Clutch for Alumni, Stude
What Is This Nkubu High School Enamel Badge?
This Custom Enamel Lapel Pin features the official Nkubu High School crest design — a classic shield emblem with a crown top, red, white, and blue enamel shield, and the school motto "TRUTH AND COURAGE" displayed on a scroll banner at the base. The letters "H" and "S" flank the left and right sides, representing "High School," with "NKUBU" arched along the top.
The pin is finished with a polished gold-toned rim that frames the entire design, giving it a premium, official appearance. The back features a brushed silver metal surface with a standard butterfly clutch fastener. This is a classic school badge suitable for uniforms, blazers, alumni events, and school merchandise.

Is This Enamel Badge Durable for School Uniform Wear?
Yes. This school badge is manufactured using professional die-striking and enamel techniques — the same process used for official school crests, military badges, and government seals. The zinc alloy base is lead-free and nickel-safe for skin contact. The gold rim is electroplated and lacquered for long-lasting shine.

Durability Highlights
· Die-struck metal base ensures sharp detail — The shield crest, crown, banner, and lettering are all precision-engraved into the metal die before enamel filling, producing crisp, clean lines.
· Gold rim is electroplated and polished — The bright gold border is applied through electrochemical deposition and protected by a clear lacquer coating for tarnish resistance.
· Enamel colors are heat-set — The red, white, and blue enamel fill is oven-cured for durability. Colors resist chipping and fading under normal school uniform use.
· Clutch post is welded, not glued — The attachment pin on the back is silver-soldered to the metal base. It will not detach even with daily fastening and removal.
· Lightweight for all-day wear — At approximately 5 – 8 grams, the badge sits comfortably on blazer lapels without pulling or sagging fabric.

What is the minimum order quantity for a custom school crest badge?
For a brand-new custom design (your own school crest artwork), the MOQ is 100 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing Nkubu High School design template with only text or color changes, the MOQ is 50 pieces per variation.
How long does a sample take to arrive?
Once artwork is approved, we create the die-struck mold in 5 – 7 working days and produce the sample in 2 – 3 days. Shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 3 – 5 working days. Total: approximately 10 – 15 working days.
Can I get the badge in a different size?
Yes. The standard size is approximately 1.1" (28 mm) diameter. We can produce badges from 0.75" (19 mm) for smaller lapels up to 1.5" (38 mm) for larger blazer badges.
What is the difference between soft enamel and hard enamel for school badges?
Soft enamel has slightly recessed color areas (textured feel) and is more economical. Hard enamel is polished flat (smooth glass-like surface) and is more scratch-resistant. For school uniforms that see daily wear, we recommend hard enamel for maximum durability.
Will the gold rim tarnish over time?
The gold plating includes a protective clear lacquer coating that significantly slows tarnishing. With normal wear and proper storage (dry, away from chemicals), the gold finish maintains its appearance for 3 – 5+ years.
Can I add the students name or graduation year to the badge?
Yes. We can add custom text such as student names, graduation years, or house names to the back of the pin. Front text can be added to the banner, scroll, or border ring depending on design space.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal (for orders under $1,000).
Can I mix multiple house or department designs in one order?
Yes. You can mix different house crests, department badges, or grade-level variations in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ.
What if there is a quality issue after delivery?
We offer a 100% quality guarantee. If the badge shows material defects (enamel chipping within 6 months, plating peeling, broken clutch) we replace defective items free of charge.
Do you offer bulk packaging with student names?
Yes. For school orders, we can individually package each badge in a small envelope labeled with the student name or ID number. MOQ for custom labeling is typically 200 units.
