What is the minimum order quantity for a custom school crest badge?

 For a brand-new custom design (your own school crest artwork), the MOQ is 100 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing Nkubu High School design template with only text or color changes, the MOQ is 50 pieces per variation.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

 Once artwork is approved, we create the die-struck mold in 5 – 7 working days and produce the sample in 2 – 3 days. Shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 3 – 5 working days. Total: approximately 10 – 15 working days.

Can I get the badge in a different size?

 Yes. The standard size is approximately 1.1" (28 mm) diameter. We can produce badges from 0.75" (19 mm) for smaller lapels up to 1.5" (38 mm) for larger blazer badges.

What is the difference between soft enamel and hard enamel for school badges?

 Soft enamel has slightly recessed color areas (textured feel) and is more economical. Hard enamel is polished flat (smooth glass-like surface) and is more scratch-resistant. For school uniforms that see daily wear, we recommend hard enamel for maximum durability.

Will the gold rim tarnish over time?

 The gold plating includes a protective clear lacquer coating that significantly slows tarnishing. With normal wear and proper storage (dry, away from chemicals), the gold finish maintains its appearance for 3 – 5+ years.

 Yes. We can add custom text such as student names, graduation years, or house names to the back of the pin. Front text can be added to the banner, scroll, or border ring depending on design space.

What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal (for orders under $1,000).

Can I mix multiple house or department designs in one order?

 Yes. You can mix different house crests, department badges, or grade-level variations in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

 We offer a 100% quality guarantee. If the badge shows material defects (enamel chipping within 6 months, plating peeling, broken clutch) we replace defective items free of charge.

Do you offer bulk packaging with student names?

 Yes. For school orders, we can individually package each badge in a small envelope labeled with the student name or ID number. MOQ for custom labeling is typically 200 units.
