We offer a 12-month quality guarantee. If the keychain shows material defects (fraying, thread breakage, grommet failure) within 12 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Intentional damage, extreme heat exposure, or chemical contact is excluded. |

Yes. We offer recycled polyester (rPET) fabric made from post-consumer plastic bottles and organic cotton fabric options. Recycled polyester thread is also available.
